You are expected to read and agree to my Terms of Service before you commision me
I only accept payment via PayPal or ko-fi in USD.Note: Colored and Shaded pieces come lined by default unless specifically asked to be sketchy! I don’t charge extra for lineart <3

Terms of Service

As of April 3rd, 2023, these are my current Terms of Service!
Choosing not to read them does not exempt you in any way, shape, or form!
Buying from me means you automatically agree to my TOS!

- Payment is to be received before any artwork is started Once paid, the art piece can be tweaked until approved upon and given the okay to finish the piece. Refunds can be discussed before work is started, if I have already started, you may not get a refund.- You may not alter my art in any form of way. I am willing to make edits / adjustments to the piece as it is worked on but I will not redo it entirely!- Currently, I do not allow major redesigns of my designs unless I give you permission to do so! Minor ones are completely fine as long as you keep me as the original designer! Do not overhaul them without consulting me first.- Do not turn my designs into any form of species whether it’s open, semi, or closed without consulting me first.- Understand your character is being drawn in the artists style. Be mindful of this if you're looking for something in particular.- Agree to the artist having full creation rights over the art. Such as using them as examples or in portfolios.- I, the artist has every right to refuse any commissions regardless of the specified reason.- My watermark is on the art piece that cannot to be removed, edited, or cropped out.- Make sure to be specific about what type of piece you're looking to get. A sketch will be provided until the commissioner is happy with the results.

Those on my blacklist are on it for a reason! Whether it be personal or not, please do not ask why unless it is in regards to you.If you are blacklisted, you may ask me why, but I do have a right to not explain myself to you.These people are not to receive my designs or art, unless the art is indirectly traded! If they already own a design of mine, they are allowed to keep it.If you know of someone breaking my TOS or anyone that is on my blacklist getting my designs or art AFTER being added; please contact me!

- Misgendered and continuously Deadnames me purposely to “make a point” despite knowing at the time of this happening I had gone by different pronouns and name. Allows others amongst their server to do the same and talked poorly of me to get a laugh out of it. In the past allowed same server to make indirect threats to “kill me” and "beat my ass" over drama that only concerned Toki and I.Note: It does not matter to me if they claim(ed) to misgender and deadname me “on accident” or not; it shouldn’t have be done in the first place.
