⟡ I am not to be liable or responsible for your inexperience or inability to use any software that is necessary for use of purchased work.

⟡ The commissioning party must provide proof of purchase for all bases or parts involved in the commission process. Unique key / screenshot of purchase through Gumroad or BOOTH must be provided. If you are found using ripped or stolen assets without proof of purchase, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me effective immediately.

⟡ Once your completed files have been sent, there will be no further edits or addons to the model without further charge.

⟡ Projects with SPP files required unless otherwise discussed

⟡ References are preferred but not required, will decrease turn around time if included.

⟡ Finished Commissions can be sent by preference (email, google drive).

⟡ The standard deadline for a commission is a month from the start date of the commission, (28 work days, Monday to Friday), or a rush fee will apply. ($35.00 USD)

⟡ Commissions will typically be worked on/delivered in order, if waiting for approval I will do some work on the next order, however I will let you know when I official start on your slot.

⟡ I do not guarantee, represent or warrant that my services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, I am only human.

⟡ References are preferred but not required, will decrease turn around time if included.

⟡ For projects; projects being commissions that require an extensive amount of work, the wait time is not applicable, and by commissioning an extensive project, you acknowledge that it can take up to 6 months to a year for the project to reach completion.

⟡ Prices are listed in USD and only USD is accepted unless otherwise stated.

⟡ Payment methods accepted: Paypal (F&F), CashApp, Venmo

⟡ Payment is due up front for all commissions.

⟡ All products are non-refundable unless I’ve canceled the commission myself as I deliver digital products that are non-returnable.

⟡ Artistic liberty commissions are for personal-use and not to be immediately resold without permission.

⟡ I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time with no reason required.

⟡ You are not allowed to remove my signature or information from any piece for any reason.

⟡ I reserve the right to post all commissions on social media or other places as examples of my work.

⟡ I reserve the copyright ownership of premade character textures sold via Gumroad. Buying premade textures =/= owning the design rights to that "texture" unless sold as an adoptable or otherwise stated.

⟡ I reserve the right to refuse to create racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise unacceptable textures (will also not include any related accessories, animations, etc.)

⟡ Adult content is restricted to (surprise, surprise) adults only. Multiple forms of identification will be required to provide proof of age above 18.

⟡ You may not discuss or post about adult commission content in the Patchworks server, all discussion must be between you and I in direct messages.
