TERMS OF SERVICE
IN GENERAL
✦ please do not adjust or edit these images outside of the parameters I give you when your commission is finished.
✦ These are not **first-come, first-serve.**
✦ To clarify, these drawings are personal commissions, the prices shown in the samples tab do not reflect the price of commercial work. Email me if you would like to discuss using my artwork commercially. If you are unsure whether or not your request applies as commercial or personal, feel free to ask me on it's intended use.
✦ Also in regards to above, clients/commissioners are NOT allowed to mint/sell my work for NFT.
✦ I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commissions should it make me uncomfortable/if I feel incapable or any other reason, without question.
REGARDING PAYMENT
✦ When I contact you to tell you that I am ready to start your commission, payments are paid upfront through Paypal, in full [NO SHIPPING/ADDRESS]. However, payment plans are available on orders above $200 USD. Please notify me on the form if you are planning on utilizing this option.
✦ I will not start on your piece until payment has been made.
✦ refunds are an option, but only if in the sketch phase. Outside of this situation, a partial refund will be given according to the progress of the commission.
ABOUT THE COMMISSION
✦ You may use these commissions for personal use, be it Icons, wallpapers, etc. You may not use my work to generate income in any way, shape or form. You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.
✦ provide at least ONE proper, clear reference of your character, in color if the commission calls for it. As many references as possible.
✦ please give me at least four to eight weeks to finish a commission. If it takes any longer than the given time period, I will inform you as soon as possible.
✦ updates and WIPS can and will be provided, but please do not be overzealous.
✦ once a piece has reached the rendering stage, complete overhauls are out of the question. Slight adjustments can be made, however. Regarding these adjustments, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
POSTING AND CREDIT
✦ if you wish to post the art online, properly credit me as the artist. Either link the image back to me, @dalcoham on twitter, or have credit be clearly visible in the image. These commissions are for personal use only!
✦ after reading all of the terms and conditions, include today's date [dd/mm/yyyy] when sending me your completed commission form.
✦ Failure to comply to any of these terms will land you on a blacklist, and I will no longer be accepting commission requests from you.

IN GENERAL
✦ Serious bidders/buyers only. Do not back out once you have paid, as there will be no refunds.
✦ Credit my art if used. Please do not claim my art or the design as your original work.
✦ Do not post the un-watermarked piece without crediting me.
✦ As with all my art, adopt owners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell my art for NFT.
✦ You may not use any adopts/designs for commercial use unless you have my consent!
✦ I still retain the right to post and use my art. (Your ownership will be credited!) You can post the design on TH, please credit me as @dalcoham on twitter or dalcoham on toyhouse.
✦ You may edit the adopt/design however you like. If there are details I would like to keep in the adopt, I will tell you personally. (Unless the adopt is a closed species. Core attributes should remain to be respectful to the creators of said closed species.)
TRADING AND RESELLING
✦ You may resell the adoptable/design as you like at the price you bought it for.
Any extra art of the adoptable/design can be calculated to increase its price. The new owner must abide by my TOS all the same.
✦ You must notify me (via twitter DMs is preferred) if the adopt is changing homes.
REGARDING PAYMENT
✦ All payments are paid upfront through Paypal, in full [NO SHIPPING/ADDRESS]. Although payment plans are available on orders above $300 USD, you must notify me via DMs or in your reply if you are planning on utilizing this option.
✦ refunds are unavailable. Again, you are committing to buying the adopt when bidding/claiming.
✦ Auction Payment must be sent within 48 hours after you have won the auction.
✦ Once payment is received, I'll send you a link with the high-res image(s). Watermarked and unwatermarked.
