Terms of Service

Please read carefully and thoroughly before commissioning me!
These Terms of Service are in effect indefinitely.

SECTION 1 - I Will Not Draw...
✗ Sexual Content / NSFW
✗ Heavy Gore
✗ Kinks / Fetishes
✗ Other Frowned-Upon Themes
I will let you know if there are other things I can/cannot draw.────────────────────────SECTION 1 - Payment
➦ We would discuss payment through Discord DMs or Toyhouse comments.➦ My Turnaround-Time (TAT) can vary. I will estimate the time it may take me if it is a design or art piece. I will keep you updated through out the process!➦ If I cancel a commission for whatever reason, you will receive full payment back, regardless of where I was in the piece.➦ I will not offer refunds for any reason unless I cancel it or complete it within a reasonable or agreed timeframe.➦ My prices also vary! They can be determined by how complex the idea is and how long it takes me to finish. I am always willing to negotiate prices, but I will not be lowballed.────────────────────────SECTION 2 - Designs
➦ You MUST have a Toyhouse account in order to own a design from me. This is to ensure no credential/character theft happens.➦ You are allowed to sell my designs for the SAME PRICE that they sold for initially. Purchasing commissions and other works will contribute to the value of the design.➦ Raffle or free designs ARE NOT allowed to be sold for any real or virtual currencies unless monetary value has been added to them.➦ Redesigns are 100% alright! Just make sure I'm still credited for the original design, and that my art isn't removed from Toyhouse.────────────────────────SECTION 3 - Use
➦ Please do not use my artwork for commercial use. This includes posters, stickers, pins, etc. However, I may consider allowing this via request.➦ You are allowed to use my designs for entertainment purposes, such as animations, comics, literature, and more.➦ Merchandise of my designs are allowed as long as it is your own artwork.
