TERMS OF SERVICE

Please make sure to read the Terms of Service before bidding!
All of my adoptions are open for everyone to offer unless stated otherwise.By bidding, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.
Failure to follow my Terms of Service results in being immediately listed on my blacklist and permanently banned from transacting and using my resources in any form with/from me.
(This includes buying my commissions, adoptions & characters and using my codes & designs)Feel free to bid more than AB if you feel like my adopts deserve that much!
NOTES
Only serious bids are permitted. You must pay and take the adoption if you win the bet; otherwise, I will publicly expose you and you will immediately be put on my blacklist.Do not resell for more than you bought. If you regift the adoption, you must make sure they have read my Terms of Service as well. You are only allowed to resell for more than you bought if the adoption comes with art commissions bought using real currencies, and you are only allowed to resell with 4/5 of the total price at maximum (e.g: You bought my adoption for $10/1000 DeviantART points and you bought an art commission costing $15/1500 DeviantART points for the adoption then you can resell the adoption for $20/2000 DeviantART points at maximum. Basically, if you are bad at maths then the formula is: (The price of the adoption + The price of commissions for the adoption in total) x 4/5 = Resellable price)
GENERAL TERMS
✧ I accept payments via DeviantART points and PayPal. Payments via PayPal should come in AUD; otherwise, you are responsible for any currency conversion fee. Payments using Vietnamese cards in VND are also accepted.✧ The bidder must pay 100% of the price upon confirmation of the "auction chant". The bidder is not allowed to use the adoption unless I have received the full payment.✧ You will be asked for your Email account so that I can send you images in good quality. It is encouraged that you have an account, although not compulsory.✧ Do not colour pick, create offspring with the same palette as the adoption. Their mate, obviously, looks different so their offspring cannot look exactly the same as well.✧ Do not copy, trace, or steal my adoptions.
ADOPTION USAGE
✧ I do not consent to my art being used for anything relating to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Non-fungible tokens (NFTs)✧ I, the artist, have the right to post the watermarked or signed version of the adoption on any site I wish. Credits of character ownership shall be given alongside it.✧ The new owner may use the adoption however they wish and may upload it to any site they want, as long as credit for the design is given to me (and linked back to my page if possible)
