- Adoptable ToSIf you are unsure which ToS applies to you, please send me a message and I will clarify.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:Commission/Custom ToS:- Full payment (AUD) must be given to me before I begin your commission.
- I will only draw characters if I am provided a clear, digital reference of them. This is to avoid any errors in your commission. I work best with visual references, not descriptions.
- If you ask for a refund, and I have already started, I will send you the WIP, and give you back a percentage of the total payment. This will vary depending on how much of the commission has already been completed.
- I have the right to post the finished artwork on my social media, and to use it as an art example here on this Carrd.
- If you post the finished commission anywhere else, please tag me in the post or link back to any of my social media.
- If you are sending me a character from an original species to draw, please send me any important info regarding the species that I should know. I will not be doing my own research on original species.
- If you are buying a base custom from me, I will only use bases where the creator has said they are okay with artists taking commissions or customs on them. If you send me a base which does not say this, or states not to do this, I will ask you to send me another base.
- In regards to custom character designs, as soon as the character has been given to you, you have full permission to change them however you'd like.
- If you want me to send work in progress pictures of the commission, please let me know in advance.If you break any part of this ToS, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
By adopting an OC from me, you agree to the following:Adoptable ToS:- Full payment (AUD) must be given to me before I send the adopt.
- In regards to payments involving characters, customs, and art, I will only be holding characters for a maximum of 1 month before taking them off hold. If you require more time to complete your half, please inform me with how much time you will need.
(This is done due to my previous experience with scammers.)
- I will not be taking refunds on my adopts.
- You are allowed to use the character however you'd like, as long as you don't claim them as your own design and/or artwork.
- If crediting, please credit any of my social media (which can be found in my 'Contact Me' tab), and any bases that I have used to create the adoptable.
- As soon as the adoptable has been given to you, you have full permission to change the character however you'd like.If you break any part of this ToS, you may be blacklisted from adopting OCs from me in the future.
