terms of service
GENERAL
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason
• Additional characters are available as an option for halfbody/busts and scenes at an extra cost (to be discussed privately)
• I can comfortably draw pets, anthros, ferals, humanoids, monsters, other creatures, and gore
• I will not draw humans, full mechas, nsfw, fetish art, suggestive poses, and offensive imagery
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
• All payment is upfront
• Payments accepted through Venmo and Paypal - USD only
• Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis
• If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, I will notify the client and issue a full refund
• Expected turnaround time is five weeks, deadlines can be set at an additional fee
PROGRESSION AND ALTERATIONS
• Artwork only begins after payment, and I will reach out to you via your preferred social media.
• Major alterations or suggestions must be communicated during the sketch stage or before the rendering phase
• I will send WIP shots when progress is made on a commission, although the client may view updates on my Trello or request for updates in moderation
USAGE OF WORK
• My artwork is for non-commercial and personal use
• Credit to at least one of my social medias is required when reposting artwork made by me
• Do not attempt to use my art for AI or NFTs
• Do not attempt to modify my artwork and finished commission in any way unless it is for personal use
• Do not attempt to remove, hide, or purposefully crop out my watermark
• I reserve the right to use any finished commission as an example for future commissions
