Full payment is required before i start your commission.

If payment is not recieved within 72 hours of me accepting your commission, you will lose your slot and I will open it back up or contact the next person in line. If there is nobody else in line you may reclaim your spot by sending the payment.

I do not do holds. However, you may ask to be put on the waitlist and notified when a slot opens up.

Full refunds are available until I have sent the first sketch / WIP. After that, I will only do partial refunds depending on how much work has been completed.

No refunds will be granted after your commission has been completed.

I do not take any payment methods other than the ones listed above. Please do not ask.

Each commission type takes different amounts of time to do and therefore has different turnaround times which will be listed.

I will let you know as soon as possible if there are any delays that will cause me to go over the estimated turnaround time, and give you the option for a full / partial refund depending on how much work is done, or to continue waiting.

The listed turnaround times are pretty generous because I am a full-time college student. I may or may not take the full estimated time to complete your commission.

I do not do rushed orders (orders with a deadline shorter than the commission's turnaround time). If you need the art done by a certain date, please be aware of the turnaround times.

Turnaround times also depend on how fast you respond. I send a WIP and wait for approval at every stage, so if you are taking multiple days to respond, the commission may go over the estimated turnaround time. I will not issue refunds in this case; refunds are only offered when the delay is a fault of mine.

I will send a WIP at every stage of the drawing (sketch, lineart, and color) before I send the final.

I will not move on to the next stage of the drawing until I have recieved your approval of the WIP, so please check your messages often to keep the process running quickly & smoothly. Also understand that the longer you take to reply, the longer your commission will take, and it may end up taking longer than the expected turnaround time.

It is your responsibility to ask for any changes or corrections throughout the process. PLEASE let me know if there is something you want changed or fixed. If you are unhappy with the final product and you did not communicate with me throughout the entire process, there is nothing I can do.

Major changes can only be made during the sketching phase. I will not make any major changes to the character or pose once I have begun the lineart phase. Please make sure to ask for changes during the sketch phase if you are unhappy with the sketch.

If you want me to re-do the entire sketch, I will only do it once before I have to start charging you for additional re-sketches.

I reserve the right to repurpose any rejected sketches for future works.

I reserve the right to include the art in future portfolios or as commission examples.

I reserve the right to post the art on social media.

If you want your commission to be private and not used for my portfolio, commission examples, or social media, then there will be an additional charge for private commissions equal to 30% of the total commission price.

Major changes can only be made during the sketching phase. I will not make any major changes to the character or pose once I have begun the lineart phase. Please make sure to ask for changes during the sketch phase if you are unhappy with the sketch.

If you do not want me to make the post the commission publicly until a certain date (for example if it is a birthday gift), I can do that at no additional charge, just let me know at the time of ordering.

Commissioned art is only for personal use by the comissioner or owner(s) of the character(s).

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may make modifications to the artwork (cropping, resizing, adding a background, adding decorations, etc.) however you must still credit me as the artist.

You may not use the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, charms, etc. You may not use the artwork for anything NFT related.

You may post the artwork to your own social media or use it as a profile picture, banner, etc. as long as you give proper credit.
