The image depicts a tall woman. She has two sets of arms. The first set is her own and is of a brown skintone. They are spread wide. The second set of arms is attached to her ribs below. The left is white with green intricate tattoos. The right is black and scarred. The woman's head is wrapped in rope, hiding her face entirely. The long end of the rope hangs in a loop on her arm. Her neck and collarbones have patches of skin similar to the ones of her extra arms, in an intricate collar of colors and sharp shapes. The woman is wearing a brown patterned robe, the bottom of which is frayed. Her feet are bare.
