Art Process

The art is always a digital piece and does not require shipping!Canvas size is by default 2100 x 2100 px with 300 DPI. Please mention beforehand if another size is needed. After the payment is received, I will start to work on the piece, and it can take 8 - 20 days to sketch the initial idea, depending on my current art queue; You MUST approve the initial sketch to see if it's what you want or if any changes are needed, so the completion time for the art depends on your response time. During sketch stage you are free to request major changes, but after the sketch is approved and I start the lineart, you may only request minor changes to the piece, such as expression, small details or colors; When I finish the lineart you will have to approve it and after approval that will be considered the final stage where I won't do any changes to the piece outside of color tweaks. I usually won't show any more WIPs of the commission after I apply the base colors up until I'm totally finished, unless you really want to take part on each step of the coloring process. If that's the case, the finishing time for the art will drastic depend on your response time; You are allowed to ask for updates and WIPs at any time, please just don't harass me every 20 minutes; The time to finish the art from start to finish is usually around 30 - 60 days (as long, approval doesn't take long). This time can vary if you want more than one piece at once or to personally approve each step of the illustration. Please do note that I'm also human. Mental health, life problems and technical problems with my equipment might result in a delay of your commission. If that's the case, I'll always contact you and give updates and try to finish your commission as soon as I possible can. Please be patient.

Use & Distribution

As the original creator and artist, I hold all the rights to any and all images I create. That means I hold the rights to use any images I draw, commission or not, for extra profit, portfolios, social media divulgation and any other means I see fit. I do not sell the rights of my drawings. But, unless the commissioner breaks the contract, I'll never use a commission for futher profit, only for extra divulgation on social media or portfolios. You can use the final art as you want, as long it's for personal use and no profit is involved. You may NOT resell my art, use it for NFTs, make merchandise with it, or claim it as your own original creation. You are NOT allowed to remove my signature in any case. I don't require credit as the original artist (always appreciated though), but DO NOT remove the signature or purposely edit/crop it out when reposting it. Doing so results in a break of contract and not only you will be blacklisted, but also I’m also free to profit from your commission further in any way I see fit.I may or may not post the final image on my Social Media or use your commission as other divulgation media, it's up to me. If you want to keep the commission private, please tell me before the payment (I charge a 25% fee of the final commission price to keep it forever private)I will email the final art commission in full resolution and with a smaller watermark to you. Please make sure to save it because I clean my computer from time to time and I may lose the original file backup.
