• By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• If you disagree with these terms, I will refuse your commission.
• If you breach these terms after I have accepted or completed your commission, you will be informed of your mistake. If you continue to oppose my terms, you will be blacklisted.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI training. Please do NOT upload my art on sites commonly used to train AI.
• Under no circumstances are you allowed to upload my art as an NFT or use my art for cryptocurrency.

GENERAL
• When you order a commission, you are expected to have already read with my terms of service. It is not my responsibility if you have neglected to do so.
• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
• I have a right to decline your commission for any reason.
• I do draw: feminine characters, masculine characters, plus size chars, light mecha, light armor, ship art
• I do not draw: extremely muscular characters, elderly characters, heavy mecha, heavy armor, NSFW art, fetish art, or anything that I may find uncomftorable to draw.
• Please be aware I will work on personal art while I work on commissions. This does not mean I am not working on your commission as well.CONTACT

• You may also contact me through any of these methods to enquire about commission information even when I am not open.
• In the case of delays, I will contact you through the method you contacted me.ORDERING
• When you order a commission from me, you are agreeing to a minimum 2 month wait for your commission.
• If you have a deadline you would like me to meet, a rush fee will apply if it is less than 2 months from the date of request.
• I will not accept deadlines less than 3 weeks in advance.
• I will only accept clear, colored visual references for regular commissions-- no written descriptions. If your character is from a game, you must have multiple clear screenshots showing the character's full design.
• You must state in advance if you intend to use your commission for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: reproducing and selling the artwork publicallly or privately or usage for platforms where you make a profit. This can include Patreon, YouTube, and Twitch.
• If you are unsure about whether or not your use case constitutes commercial use, please feel free to ask.
• When ordering, you can choose whether or not to give permission for me to post the final piece. I will not post the final artwork unless you allow me to do so.
• If you have a specific idea in mind, please be thorough about explaining your vision so I can best represent it when I draw it. You may send me examples of past artwork you would like me to imitate for your commission.PAYMENT
• All prices and payments are made in USD.
• The method for payment is typically Paypal, but can be through VGen or ko-fi as well.
• Payments are made 100% upfront. I do not accept payment plans.
• If your commission constitutes commercial use, it will be subject to extra fees, in accordance to the following tiers:
• 1 - Twitch/Youtube/Twitter promotion - 2x price
• 2 - Patreon content/business cards - 3x price
• 3 - reproducing/selling/merch - 4x price
• The complexity and details of your request could be subject to additional fees. These fees are described in the main price listings for my commissions.
• Please only pay when I ask, and via the method I ask you to pay.
• If you initiate a commission and fail to pay, you will be blacklisted and the art.
• If I have not started on your commission yet, you are free to request a full cancellation/refund.
• If I am at or past the sketch stage, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
• If I am past the lineart stage, you are not eligible for a refund.
• If you issue a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and will be forbidden from using the art I have drawn for you.PROCESS
• I will only start on the commission once I have recieved payment.
• I will send you an initial sketch or set of sketches for the pose/concept for you to choose.
• Afterwards, I will work on the piece on my own and will not provide any updates unless asked.
• However, if I am unsure about some aspect of the piece, I will ask you for your input.
• You are allowed to make up to 3 minor revisions once the artwork is complete. Major revisions will require a fee.
• It is your responsibility to tell me about any details amiss when I send you wips.
• I have the right to cancel/refund a commission at any given time.FINAL PIECE
• When I complete your commssion, you will recieve the following four files:
• 1 - A .png file of your commission with a plain background.
• 2 - A .png file of your commission with a transparent background.
• 3 - A .png file of your commission with a plain background and my watermark. This file will be at half the resolution of the other files, and is meant to be the file for public uploads.
• If you ordered a piece with a more complex composition, then the files you recieve may differ from the aforementioned.
• If you have given me permission to do so, I will post the final artwork publically to promote myself.
• Any file you paid for will be available from me indefinitely. I take measures to preserve most files for as long as I can.
• However, you are still responsible for saving and holding onto the files you recieve.USAGE
• Ordering a commission from me does not give you permission to claim my art as your own, implicitly or explicitly. I still retain complete ownership over the finished artwork, not you, the commissioner.
• I retain the right to share and promote my artwork in any personal setting, and with consent from the commissioner, in any public setting as well.
• When you are uploading your commission elsewhere, you are expected to upload the watermarked file and provide clear credit to me, the artist.
• You are free to use your commissioned artwork for any sort of personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and displaying on a personal website/profile.
• You may print and create physical reproductions of the commissioned work, as long as it is not strictly personal and not for the intent of sale.
• Unless you have paid for commercial use, you are NOT allowed to use the art you have recieved for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: vtubing, twitch decoration, youtube decoration, merch distribution, etc.
• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my artwork without my permission.
• You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base".

• By buying an adopt from me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• If you disagree with these terms, I will refuse your commission.

GENERAL
• If you own a design made by me, regardless of whether you purchased/traded for it directly from me, you are beholden to the rules listed here.
• If you own a design made by me, you are allowed to repost the original artwork for the design anywhere you choose, so long as you give clear and explicit credit to me.
• It is preferable that you upload the original artwork at a lower resolution, or with a watermark. This is to prevent theft of the character design.
• Blacklisted individuals are not allowed to have ownership over my designs.
• You may NOT use my designs to promote hateful speech, sexual content with minors, or racism. Failure to comply with this will result in blacklisting.CUSTOMS
• All rules that apply to commissions and adoptables apply to custom designs.
• When ordering a custom design from me, you will recieve multiple WIPs to confirm that the design is best being made to your specifications.
• Failure to communicate promptly will result in your commission being cancelled.OFFERS
• When making an offer on a design, you are expected to follow through with your offer. If you back out of your offer, you will be blacklisted.
• You may reserve a design from me if you wish, however, you must be able to pay or give a concrete art offer within 2 weeks. Failure to communicate within this timeframe will result in you being blacklisted.
• If you are offering money, the same rules applying to commission payment apply here.
• If you are offering art, you are expected to communicate your offer clearly and adhere to a deadline of 6 months.
• After 6 months, if no art has been recieved, you will be blacklisted and the design will go back to being up for offers.
• You do not own the character you offer on until you pay or complete the artwork offered.RESELLING/TRADING
• Any owner of my designs is free to resell, trade, and regift my designs.
• If you intend to resell one of my designs, unless there is extra art, it cannot be higher than the original listed price.
• Designs recieved via trade may be resold following the above rule. The pricing for reselling a design recieved through trade must be based exclusively on the price of the original design + additional art.
• Designs recieved via gift may be resold with the above rules. The pricing for reselling a design recieved through gifting must be based exclusively on the price of the original design + additional art.EDITING
• You may change any visual aspects of the design, as long as the design remains recognizable as my own.
• However, changing aspects such as skintone or body type is prohibited.
• If you are unsure if your edits are changing the original design too much, feel free to contact me for confirmation. Otherwise, however, you do not need my permission to make changes to my designs.
• You are free to make edits to the original adoptable artwork as you like.
• However, if you edit my artwork, you MUST have the original unedited version available as a reference.
• You may make/buy alternate outfits and alternate forms/versions for my designs. However, the original adoptable artwork must still be available as reference.
• You are allowed to adapt my designs to make them a part of a closed species.
• If you would like to adapt my design for a closed species, you are responsible for asking for permission from the species' owner(s) and for doing the necessary adaptations. Any consultation for the closed species must be deferred to the closed species owner.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
• By default, my designs are sold for personal use ONLY.
• This means using the design as a character within your own personal stories, commissioning art for personal use, etc.
• If you would like to use a design from me for commercial use, you must pay for the rights.
• Unless you have paid for commercial rights, you may not use designs from me for any commercial venture, including but to Vtubing, Youtube icon/banner, Twitch icon/banner, book covers, and merch sales.
• Commercial rights for a design can be purchased from me at any time, in compliance with the fees listed above.
