Commission Form
Hello! Thank you for commissioning me :) Please take a moment to go over my Terms of Service and fill out this form so I can get a picture of what you are picturing lol

- Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a specific deadline, please let me know in this application and I will let you know if it can be done in time

- Once I approve your request, I will send you a PayPal invoice to your email (if you do not use PayPal, then I will sort that out with you personally), get started on the sketch, and once you have approved the sketch, I will not continue the commission until either 1/2 or full payment is received (1/2 up front for commissions over $10 and full up front if under $10)

- It might take some time for the invoice to be sent as I do not like accepting payment if I cannot start the commission right away. However, once I receive your commission, you will get a confirmation email letting you know I received your request!

- I will send you the sketch of your commission to your email in case there are any alterations (change of expression, clothing style, etc.) you would like me to make! Once the sketch is to your liking, I will finish the commission and email you the final product. Regarding making changes to the final product, please reference part IV (customer satisfaction).

Rules and terms of service
Anything stated below has the potential to change if you, the client, discuss it with me, the artist, before the commission has started.

Before moving into the general terms and beyond, the following is what I do and do not draw:
Do:
- Humans and humanoids
- NSFW art (within reason. There are some fetish arts that I do not do! However, if you want something done, just ask and we can figure it out!)
- Gore
- Fanart (either in my style or the style of the material I am given. Example, I have done fanart for My Hero Academia, Genshin Impact, Jujutsu Kaisen, and others that are in those specific styles)
- OCs
- Anthro
- Children (not babies! Toddlers and beyond are within my abilities)
- Chibi (both animals and people)

Don't:
- Other artists art style. If you commission me, you want my art style or the art style of a cannon character (example: Kirishima from My Hero Academia)
- Mecha (example: D.Va from Overwatch has a mech that I would not be able to draw
- Complex armor and weapons (if you have a weapon you would like me to draw, please leave it in the references and I will let you know how I feel about drawing it!)
- Vehicles
- Hyper realistic
- Hate art
- Illegal couples and other illegal activities (drugs, stealing, and other less extreme crimes are allowed. I'm just not going to be making incest and other kinds of things like that)

Alrighty, Lets continue on to my general terms and whatnot!

I. GENERAL TERMS.

A. Please write in a clear and nice manner.
B. Provide neat references.
C. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
D. Follow all rules below or your commission may be canceled

II. PAYMENT

A. If a commission is under $10 then payment must be paid before or right after the sketch has been made.

NOTICE: If using ko-fi as your payment method, full payment is needed as soon as you order from my commission section on the ko-fi website unless you choose the "Buy a Coffee" option instead.

B. The currency accepted is USD (soon I will be setting up an amazon wish list where you, the client, can gift an item that is the same monetary value as the commission you are ordering. Example: If your commission is $10, then choose a $10 item from my Amazon Wish list)
C. The methods I use are PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Facebook Pay and Ko-fi (Coming Soon: Amazon Wish list)

III. PROCESS

A. Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it and if the price exceeds $10
B. WIPs might also be given if I, the artist, have any questions about the commission
C. Alterations are allowed to be made in two instances: Both during the sketching stage and the flat color stage

The time for your commission to be completed can take up to 1 month depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school, or family issues. If a road block happens, I will let you know as to not leave you in the dark.

If any of the above occurs, I will let you know ASAP as to not leave you in the dark.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

A. I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
B. However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
C. Such as small coloring, marking mistakes, sparkles, simple background changes, small outfit additions/subtractions, etc. Anything larger will cost more as alterations were allowed during both sketch and flat color stages and I would then have to redraw entire sections.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a $5 fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for to avoid this fee.
