COMMISSION form for Client 2022

When the form is closed it means my queue is full, but I will post the info when open again!

Terms of Service:

First of all, you need to know that my queue is usually long and I focus more on quality, not speed, so you have to expect quite a long wait. I don’t have a specific waiting time for specific types of commissions, because I treat each one very individually. This is not mass production and some things take time!

General rules:

πŸ‘‰ English is not my native language, so please keep that in mind. Slang or specific terms might be confusing to me, so please keep it to minimum (if I have any problems with understanding, I'll most probably let you know right away)

πŸ‘‰ I retain copyright to every work of art I create, that means right to post it, use in portfolio, make prints out of it, etc (in case of prints I will ask you if you agree for it first, so no worries!)

πŸ‘‰ You may use your commission for personal things, such as reposting it, using as icons, etc. as long as it's credited and linked back to me. Please do not edit the picture yourself (resizing and small adjustments are okay, but if you need any other edits, please ask me about them first.) You may not use your commission for
commercial or political purposes (including advertisement and promotion) without my knowledge. I might ask for an additional fee in such case.

- zoophilia/feral x human ships (but intelligent, self-aware feral creatures/monsters x humans are ok!)

- some specific kinks (but I'm ok with maaaany kinks, even the really weird ones, just ask <3)
- extreme gore
- (any) ideology/political stuff
- hateful/offensive material and themes

I reserve the right to decline a commission I'm uncomfortable with. I hardly ever do that though, so don't be afraid to ask!

Additional rules
- If a part in the picture need fixing because of my mistake (eg. I missed something from the reference or I did something wrong), it will be fixed for free. PLEASE tell me about it as soon as you notice it, during a WIP stage, as it might be difficult to fix later, and in case of traditional art - even impossible.

- Any big or multiple changes are going cost more. Please let me know about mistakes as soon as you notice them. If I'm going to charge more for a change, I'll let you know about that beforehand.

- If I feel that the client is being abusive, the commission will be cancelled and refunded for any work not completed, and the client may be blacklisted from any future transactions. If you want to cancel a commission and the work is already started I'll refund you a part of the payment, and keep the amount that covers what I've done so far (for example, if I started coloring it, I might take 50% of it)

- By ordering a commission from me, you have read and are agreeing to all these terms of service and agreeing to follow them completely.
