3 | See the letters at the bottom of this sheet? Click the one that matches the first letter of your DA username. | |
4 | If your username starts with a number, check under 'Numeric.' | |
5 | From there, you can press Control + F at the same time, and type your name in the box that appears in the upper right. | |
6 | You should have your name highlighted now! | |
7 | Directly to the right of your name is your current recorded amount of Beetole's; this is how much currency you have available to spend. | |
8 | Further to the right is your transaction history; this records all transactions that have been made over time associated with your name. | |

10 | When purchase is processed the item will be recorded by a mod in the inventory (no need to tell us you bought it/screenshot/ or link) | |
11 | Click the "Inventory" link at the top of the treasury journal to check what is in your inventory (inventory is organized just like the treasury.) | |
12 | To trade an item comment on "This" comment in the treasury. Trades must be confirmed by both users involved. | |
13 | When you are ready to use the item, list the items you are using in.... (no need to tell us you bought it/screenshot/ or link) | |
14 | • A comment on the Masterlist of the Chimereon along with the redesign image | |
15 | • The myo approval center following the usual guidelines | |

18 | - Comment chains are still a must for refunds to be processed | |
19 | - Redesigns and myos still need to be approved/ checked over by mods. It would be good to make sure the design is good before buying/trading items | |

24 | And is generally updated between a week and 2 weeks. Including shop Beetole purchases. | |
