ꕥ My rights: ꕥ

⁃ I have the right to deny/ refuse service to anybody without explanation
⁃ I have the right to refund commissions without explanation
⁃ I have the right to blacklist anybody without explanation
⁃ I have the right to post the artwork to my profile and use it as examples for future commissions

ꕥ You may: ꕥ

- you may repost the artwork and/ or design on any website as long as I’m given the proper credit and notified
⁃ Edit any received designs without asking me first (as long as I’m still credited for the original design)
⁃ edit received artwork when given permission to do so
⁃ Use any received work/ drawing for NON COMMERCIAL use (IE: icons, business cards, comics, etc, etc)
Any received designs, however, are perfectly okay to be used for commercial use as long as I’m given the proper credit (preferably have me notified so I’m aware)

ꕥ You may not: ꕥ

Sell my art in ANY way (IE: as a print, shirts, stickers, etc)
⁃ Claim my work as your own
⁃ Trace my work
⁃ Heavily reference my designs/ work, even if you commissioned a piece or own the design. (You may make a similar character for relatives but making a carbon copy isn’t permitted)

ꕥ General info: ꕥ

- I will not start the commission until I’ve been paid at least half upfront⁃ if I’ve already started the drawing and you want a refund, I’ll refund you with the amount that’s accurate to what I haven’t finished yet⁃ You can communicate with me through Discord (feel free to ask for my tag!), Instagram or my business email [email protected], feel free to contact me through any of these to inquire about a purchase⁃ My work usually takes me about two days - a week to complete, but unforeseen situations may make me take longer. If a situation like that arises I’ll be sure to notify you and keep you updated.⁃ Once I have begun your commission you may not request a character change. I’m willing to add some edits if the character in question has been slightly updated since, though.⁃ Pose changes/ any large change will cost you an extra 20-50% of the original price depending on the complexity and the character⁃ If you are being too rude or difficult to work with I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund you. It won't be up to debate and you cannot refuse my refund. If you don’t the commission will still be canceled regardless if you accepted the refund or not.⁃ Please do not spam me, I’ll get to your message soon enough. I usually take around 12-48 hours to respond to dms, if I don’t respond within that time frame you’re more than welcome to shoot me another message but any spamming demanding my immediate attention will result in your commission being canceled and you’ll receive a refund⁃ If you receive an uncoloured sketch commission you may not colour or line it without my consent, if I find out you’ve done so without my knowledge you will be blacklisted⁃ If I’m given a due date I’ll add an extra fee varying from $10-$30 depending on the limit (preferably I’d like to not work with due dates but I understand there may be instances where a deadline may be needed)⁃ You’re more than welcome to ask for updates at any point in time as long as you don't spam me! You can ask for edits/ changes as long as it’s not too severe at any point in time, but once I finish the piece I’m no longer willing to edit it any further.- I have a tendency to heavily stylize aspects of a character’s design. If there’s a part of my stylization that you’re unsatisfied with or would like changed feel free to tell me and we can discuss it further!- If you find yourself dissatisfied with the end result of the piece you will not be refunded. There are plenty of chances throughout the process where you can ask for certain things to be edited. Please don’t wait till I’ve finished to tell me you’re unhappy with something!

ꕥ I Will Draw: ꕥ

- Anthros (including avians, mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians, anything)
- Ferals (including avians, mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians, anything)
- Humans (although not preferred, I’m more than capable of it!)
- hybrids, creatures or original species
- Mild gore
- Cute ship art
- Any ages (very young to around middle aged is what I’m best at but I am reasonably capable of drawing older than that)
- Accessories and clothing
- Props (like the character holding a stuffed animal, sitting on a chair, etc)
- OC x OC ships

ꕥ I Will NOT Draw: ꕥ

- NSFW or extreme gore
- Anything relating to kinks, fetishes, drugs/ addictions and suicide/ self harm
- Mecha/ armour
- Complex robots (simplistic robots are alright though! Feel free to ask me!)
- I will not draw SFW/ artistic nudity/ visible genitalia (anthro/ furry OCS without clothes are fine though! Just no genitalia.)
- Overtly complex clothes and accessories
- Very complex character designs (this can vary, feel free to ask!)
- I refuse to draw anything relating to politics or anything related to hate (eg: homophobia, racism, transphobia, ableism, etc, etc)
- I refuse to draw anything incestual, pedophilic, beastiality- related in nature and I’ll block you if you ask me to do so
- Canon characters/ characters from media (fan OCS are alright though)
Canon x OC ships (relates to refusal to draw characters from media you haven’t made)

ꕥ Requirements: ꕥ

- References should be clear, FULLBODY, unshaded and preferably digital (I may decline a commission if the reference sent isn’t) and mention any specific requirements/ details needed
- Please make sure to give me up to date and accurate references. If you have an out of date reference and it’s possible to describe any possible (EXTREMELY MINOR) changes, that’s fine.
- I will not draw a commission completely based off of a text description. No exceptions.
