● My artwork, past, present or future, is not to be used in NFTs (Non-fungible Token) or DALL-E Mini!
● The artwork I make may be used to promote future commissions, I reserve rights to the art (not the characters featured).
● You may repost or print my artwork, as long as it is properly credited. You may use my twitter or toyhou.se for credits.
● I reserve the right to refuse a commission without explanation.
● I will be giving you screenshots of in-progress art. Changes can be requested then.
● If you don't have references of your OC, please provide a description and understand that I may have further questions to guarantee your satisfaction.
Payments:
● For my own safety, I only take payments up-front.
● Payment will be done through Paypal.
Refunds:
● You will receive a full refund if I have to cancel the commission for any reason. You will also receive a full refund if you cancel the commission before I begin working on it.
● Once I begin work, you may receive partial refunds depending on how much time I worked on your art.
