Please do take the time to read this thoroughly, it's for the commissioner and the artist's protection
to avoid any conflict and misunderstandings.
I may edit and change the T.O.S. however and whenever I wish without updating anyone.
I may decline a commission with or without explaining the reason why
No hate, no judgment, no questions on the things I am not comfortable with drawing
Be polite and be respectful. I will ignore hateful and rude people.
You may contact me via note/chat in deviantart for any questions or clarifications. I will reply asap
If I do not respond within 24 hours it means that I have no internet, there's an emergency, or super busy
Commissioning me will automatically mean that you've read, understood, and accepted my T.O.S

• Do not copy, steal, duplicate, heavily reference,
or claim as own artwork
• For personal use only, always credit!

• I will be allowed to use my own artwork however I wish (whether or not it includes your character)
• No back-outs, no refunds. You are expected to be decisive upon purchase
• I have the tendency to ask a lot of questions for clarifications- to bring out the artwork of your best interest
• Art takes time. Please don't rush me, don't worry I'll finish it in due time. I list everything in my to-do list on my profile

• Request: When you get art/draw them, can you please @ me or note, because I'd love to see them drawn!
REVISIONS AND REFUNDS
• I WILL NOT be liable for incorrect information given
in a certain artwork/commission.
• If the final work is incorrect you cannot issue a refund.
Minor revisions* can be looked into.Examples include:
I. Wrong/outdated reference sheet of character given
II. No emphasis/clarification on how a character/background should be drawn in a certain way
III. Incomplete information is given (I will take the initiative to use my artistic freedom)Minor revisions include:

tweaking of lineartMAJOR REVISIONS / REDRAW MAY OCCUR ONLY IF:
• The information and instructions given in the commission
is VERY CLEAR
• It was the artist's (DragonitaVioleta) mistake of not following the given instruction/s due to any reason
• If the commissioner is not satisfied with the flawed finished workMajor revisions include

Refunds may occur ONLY IF ALL THESE FACTORS ARE PRESENT
I. 4 months of no progress at all (that includes sketches)
II. Financial Emergency of the commissioner
III. Artist (DragonitaVioleta) will not be able to do it any time soon whatever reason it may be

All add ons have a "+" before their names to be distinguished
Add ons are OPTIONAL (your choice if you want to buy them)
All drawings will be simple shaded! (no gradient so that it's easier to color pick)
All add ons (except for +Small Friend) must be from the same character!

Base Price includes 4 Expression busts (The price is based off the bust including discounts!)
You may choose your desired expressions!
Complex expressions (ex. character drastically changes appearance when mad) may require additional payment
