I don't judge as long as its legal------------Terms and conditions1. Creative Decisions and Changes: The artist will consult the client regarding layout, color scheme, and content. The artist will provide progress updates at the initial, middle, and final stages of production to allow the client to evaluate the piece. The client may request minor revisions in response to these updates provided these changes do not require starting a new commission or complete reworking of the piece. The artist will perform major alterations requiring a complete reworking of the piece 1 time. Additional execute these further revisions will be commissioned and the client will be required to pay the artist at the price the artist quotes them, which may result in a later date of completion.2. Right of refusal: it is the intent of this agreement that the artist will create artwork to be purchased by the client. However, if the client does not wish to purchase the work, the client may refuse the complete work. In that case, the artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable 50% deposit, free of any claims of the client, and the client will owe no additional fees to the artist.3. Payment: The client will pay an initial, nonrefundable deposit of half the full price upon which the artist will begin production of the commissioned artwork. The client will pay the remaining amount upon approval of the completed artwork. If the payment is made through an app, and the client requests a chargeback from the client’s bank, the client is subjected to and will lose all rights to the commissioned work and may be liable to fees by the artist or company who creates the money transfer app.4. Copyright: The artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by the client that the artist creates. The client cannot reproduce my work [Via prints, etc] without written permission from the artist.
