‣ You must be 18+ to commission me. Your ID may be requested in some cases.
‣ I reserve the right to refuse service.
‣ You may not remove my credit/logo in works that include them.
‣ You will blacklisted if you are using stolen characters, lying about your age, abandoning, chargebacking, using my creations for ai/nfts/crypto, supporting real bigotry or abuse, stealing, frequently missing payments without excuse, or breaking my terms.🌿 Work in Progress
‣ Any references provided must be unshaded and up to date.
‣ Progress pictures and updates are provided through our chat location, or you can view the queue for percentage based progress.
‣ Digital artwork aim to be finished in 6 weeks, or sooner. Physical creations aim to be finished in 1.5 years, or sooner. You will be notified if I have something going on that might put your creation on temporary delay.
‣ Ask about alterations as soon as possible! Depending on the alteration, the changes may be possible. Certain changes may affect price.
‣ Any mistakes I made are free to be repaired for the first month you have the finished creation.🌿 I can create
‣ Most fantasy, animal, semi-feral, and feral species.
‣ SFW artwork of fictional characters and real/photographed beings.
‣ SFW fursuits, plushies, and tails.
‣ NSFW artwork of fictional characters.🌿 I will not create
‣ Replication of another creator's work or style.
‣ Humans, humanoids, primates, and anthros.
‣ Politics, hate speech, or religious themes.
‣ Canon characters like Pokemon, Digimon, Balto, ect.
‣ NSFW artwork of underage/cub or real/photographed beings.

‣ The creation is to be paid off before any progress is started.
‣ $ = USD. You will receive an invoice that allows PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit.
‣ A non-refundable, 25% deposit is required upfront. For paying off your creation, you can either pay in full or through a payment plan.
‣ You pay all shipping costs - insurance, delivery signature, and tracking included. Shipping quotes are obtained after the creation is complete. I am not at fault if the postal services loses, damages, or delays the package. Digital artwork will not be shipped.🌿 Refunds
‣ Any refunds will be set up through a monthly payment plan that fits my current pay. You will not receive anything if you choose to cancel before completion. Cancelled works will be altered to a YCH or premade.
‣ If I personally cancel your creation, you are eligible for the 100% refund, this includes the deposit.
‣ If your creation hasn't been started, you are eligible for a 75% refund.
‣ If your creation has been started, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
‣ If the creation is complete, or I was unable to get ahold of you in 6 months, you are not eligible for a refund. You could have corrected earlier progress pictures, answered my request for a response, or you're able to have mistakes fixed for the first month.🌿 Adoptables & Designs
‣ My designs are only to be used by their current owner, unless they have permission from the owner to use.
‣ My designs are recognized as the color+marking combination it has. You may modify, but don't make it completely unrecognizable to the original.
‣ Anatomy traits (specie, apparel, lineart, style, injuries, ect) and mental traits (name, lore, personality, ect) can be freely altered and changed!
‣ You may resale, trade, and gift my designs. No scalping! If no art was added, the design's worth can't increase from the value you obtained it for.
