Keep in mind, these prices are 'base price'. Depending on your Commission request, price might increase. This includes characters details, items, pets, background, etc.

By Commissioning or Buying an Adoptable from me, you automatically agree to the following Terms. Breaking any of these Terms, I have the right to refuse business with you and blacklist you.
Terms of Service for Adoptable
01.00 - General
- You are only purchasing the digital character design. Not a printed artwork!
- Do not claim the Adoptable Design or Artwork as your own. If you upload the character to Toyhou.se, credit me as creator/designer and please [ toyhou.se/Elissya ]
- Adoptables uploaded to any other OC collecting website (such as weebly) has to be credited to either my Toyhou.se or my deviantArt account
- I reserve the rights of rejecting your purchase request if you have been proved troublesome in any way.
- I do not support NSFW artwork for Adoptable that look or are stated to be underage.
- I do not support any negative usage of my Adoptable, such as using them to spread hate speech, racism and other unmoral ideas.
- Make sure to save the adoptable file somewhere safe, as I sometimes delete my sta.sh/computer files!02.00 - Payment
- All payments are made in $USD through paypal. I will either send you an invoice or ask you to pay at my paypal.me
- I do not accept e-checks, gift cards, any cryptocurrency or other virtual currency such as dA points.
- Only after full & received payment you will be given the file to the adoptable design.
- Paypal fees are included to my prices. What you see is what you will have to pay.
- If the adoptable payment is charged back you will be publically blacklisted and I will put the Adoptable back for adoption.02.01 - Payment Plans / Hold
- Currently, I do not offer any 'Hold' on adoptable for any reason.
- Payment plans are available if the Adoptable price exceeds 100$USD. Only after the payment plan is fully paid off you receive the full resolution Adopt File.
- Please private message me to discuss about payment plans BEFORE you bid on an adoptable.
- Payment plans maximum duration is 2-3 months with 2 split payments.
- Payment plans are never refundable, please be 100% sure you can pay it off in timely manner, I do not hold any responsebility for your loss.03.01 - Editing & Usage Policy
- You can give the Characters a name/gender/story/new outfits/AU versions/etc.
- All Characters are sold for personal, non-profit usage, if you wish to buy commercial usage rights for the adoptable, read "03.02 Commercial Usage"
- Never edit my Artwork on your own. If you want to edit the adoptable, please redraw them or contact me, upon a small fee I can do edits on adoptable on my own.
- I do not allow turning an off species Adoptable into a CS Adopt without my consent. Please!!! ask me about this before editing. Some CS I won't allow as their TOS clash with mine.
- I do not allow turning an closed species Adoptable into an off species Adopt. Changing species traits has to be discussed with me beforehand. AU's are allowed ofc
- ALWAYS hold onto the original, unedited Files of the adoptable. In case the character changes ownership, this original file has to be included.03.02 - Commercial Usage
Commercial use refers to using the reproduction of my designs/my art for a profit. This may include but is not limited to artbooks, merch, prints, video streams like vtuber and videos productions, digital download.
If you want to use adoptable by me for commercial usage, you are required to purchase the commercial usage license. This is a one-time downpayment which allows you commercial rights for the choosen character design.The commercial fee depends on what you want to use:
- 1) If you want to use the character design only (not including my artwork usage, meaning character has to be redrawn to use commercially) the fee is +100% of original price
- 2) If you want to use the character design and my drawn art for commercial usage, it is +200% of the original price
- Case example: an Adoptable costs 40$, if you want (option 1), it costs 80$ total to use the design commercially. If you want to use my art commercially too, (option b), it costs 120$
- If you already own a character by the time you want to purchase commercial rights as 'add-on', the prices are only the % stated (% is based on the original character price I sold them for), excluding the original adoptable price.
- Commercial rights are transferred every time the character switches home (whether obtained by resell, trade, gift) + character transfer takes away the rights from the previous owner to continue selling merch on them, even if the merch was released while you owned the character (this rule is just to avoid making the new owner uncomfortable)
- Commercial rights are only sold for off-species characters I created. Closed-species Adoptable do not apply for commercial rights.04.00 - Resell / Trade / Gift Policy
You may resell/voucher most Adoptables designed by me, however there are a few requirements and this rule only applies to off-species designs created by me:- Do NOT resell my adoptable for a higher price than what you paid for it. If you received the character via trade, you may only request the original adoptable worth back. (= what I sold them for)
- Money you spent on an adoptable in form of commissions can be added to the adoptable worth.
- Reselling/Vouchering Adoptables received for free is only allowed if the previous owner agrees to it. However if the adoptable is obtained for free directly from me (such as a character giveaway) they are not allowed to be traded/sold/vouchered unless they received new art.
- If the adoptable has been edited, You must include the original file when you resell/trade/gift the character.
- If the adoptable was a shapeshifter/has AU versions that are heavily based on the original design, you have to keep sell/voucher/trade/gift these designs together.
Terms of Service for Commission
01.00 - General

OC, Fanart, Children, Any type of shipsI Refuse Drawing:
Old people, Furry/Anthro, Any form of sexual content, Gore, Robotics, Mecha, Bald Characters, OCxCanon, heavy religious matters, Hate speech of any shape or form (racist, sexist, etc..)- You are only purchasing the digital file. Not a printed artwork!
- I will not show you a sketch process unless you ask me to, because it delays my whole working process.
- I will send you a full resolution file (by private message or email).
- Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer/usb memory. I clean my gallery and computer folders from time to time.
- All my commissions are for personal use only. I will not accept any commercial usage of it. The following cases are considered commercial use: (1) Reproducing and selling the artwork. (2) Receiving profit in the medium where you're using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, YouTube, Streaming Platform, of personal site, business cards...)
- I reserve the rights of declining or cancelling your commission if I don't feel comfortable with your commission request or attitude about the process.02.00 - Copyright / Usage
As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may post the picture on my social media and portfolio. If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet I'll charge you double of the total price. If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future, you can send me a note or message, however there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.As a commissioner you may:
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.- Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it. Please be giving proper credit to me.- Upload it to Toyhou.se ( with proper credit to my TH account toyhou.se/Elissya ) sta.sh or other OC collecting sites (ALWAYS with credit and link back to my artist page)You are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Repost the artwork to any sites. (The only exception is listed above)
- Change, modify or use my works without my permission. ( If you want a change about your artwork contact me, I agree to do most changes if asked )
- Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
- Take credit for the art. Don't claim yourself as artist of the artwork.
- Remove my watermarks /signatures if the artwork has one on it.03.00 - Payment
- I will only accept Paypal USD payments.
- I require full payment before I start the artwork.
- Paypal fees are included to my prices. What you see is what you will have to pay.
- If payment is not received in 4 days, you will loose your slot.03.02 - Work Speed
I always try to work on timely manners. Work period per piece is 2 weeks - 3 months. If I can not complete before this timeframe ends, you will be given the option of refund. I will inform you in advance if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.03.03 - Changes & Refund
- Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten or made mistakes.
- Any great changes will come with an extra charge or will be declined.
- If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for!
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the commission. Once I have started the sketch there will be no refunds.
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from Elissya under any circumstances after your artwork is finished.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted
Also note that you will be blocked / blacklisted and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out in form of a PSA.
