-Character illustration commissions can be used to give your TTRPG, book or personal original characters life and a visual depiction. They can be purchased as standalone images, a portrait or scene, or put into a turnaround profile for personal use. You receive a high quality PNG file of the purchased image, as well as a PSD file with layers intact. You can also request a JPEG file optimised for printing. A commission only includes the files, no physical goods will be shipped at any point.-Commissions come with a free patterened or gradient background upon purchase, unless client specifies they want otherwise. Backgrounds depicting a scene or similar will cost extra, which will be discussed and negotiated before the sketching process begins. Backgrounds are priced on complexity and will start at a minimum of an additional £15 charge, to a maximum of £100.-Turnarounds or character profiles can be fully customised by the client, and does not qualify for the additional character fee unless the client requests extra poses, or close-ups (e.g. of face or limbs)-A commissioned piece may take between 7 and 20 days to complete. If I am unable to finish a commission for any reason on my end, I will issue a full refund as soon as I can.-I do not charge any additional fee for complex character designs.

Terms Of Service

-I do not use PayPal, nor do I accept digital currencies or tokens (such as cryptocurrency or DeviantArt points). Payment will be received through stripe. If this is not an option, we can find another.-Purchased commissions require a 50% upfront payment before I begin work. You may request to cancel your commission for a full refund within 24 hours, but after that a refund will be unavailable as I will have started working on it. Once work on the commission has concluded, the second half of the payment must be made to receive the full high quality image and file. If you find yourself unable to pay in full for any reason, you may either (1) have the comission cancelled or (2) set up a weekly or monthly payment plan to complete the payment. With a payment plan, only after full payment will the HQ image and file be delivered.-I hold the right to refuse a commission if the material is deemed inappropriate for my artist brand. I do allow the commissioning NSFW art and sexual themes (if client can prove they are above 18 years of age), but may refuse if the content is extreme (e.g: shocking or heavily violent fetish content).-Upon purchase, the client is allowed a maximum of 3 free revisions. After that, further revisions will add a £5 cumulative fee. This does not include when I check in for specific details, only major revisions or changes.-Purchased art strictly cannot be used for the training of Artificial Intelligence or as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), nor for commercial use/marketing unless a full license has been purchased. (Note: full license does not grant the right to use the commissioned piece to train AI art or to sell as NFTs).-I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece on my portfolio site and social media when work concludes or NDAs are lifted.-By commissioning me you agree to the above terms and that you have read them. Infringement of any of the above will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions, blocking and removal on my social media, and the right to both personal and licensed use revoked. A refund will not be granted. (Note: A refused commission will not result in a blacklist).

Licensing

By default, a commissioned piece may not be used for commerse or marketing. A license can be purchased to lift this restriction.
Licenses for any commissioned piece is £1000 per image. A license may be purchased at any point before or after the commission has been finished. The type of piece or level of complexity does not change or alter the price in any way.A client cannot claim or buy another client's commission.A full license does not grant the purchaser the right to use the commissioned piece for the training of Artificial Intelligence, nor for use as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). If the purchaser uses the piece for either, I reserve the right to rescind the license without issuing refund as described in my Terms of Service.A full license also does not grant the right to the client to claim they created the art themselves. They will own the rights to the image only. They do not need to credit or advertise me or my brand. (I still reserve the right to use the image in my personal portfolio and social media, however).
