Terms of Service

✧ I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms listed below. If these are not followed, I may blacklist you from commissioning me in the future.you can:
- use it as an icon/banner etc. as long as proper credit is given.
- repost to your social medias, with proper credit.
- print off or use, as long as it isn't being sold or used for commercial use.you can't:
- claim art as your own/use without proper credit.
- remove my watermark.
- use for any kind of commercial use (unless an agreement is made)
- use for any kind of NFT/cryptocurrency.
- use with any kind of AI generation.✧ Payment can either be up front or after I have provided a sketch. (exceptions can be made for more complex works as I may figure out the pricing from the sketch.)✧ I take payment in USD via paypal. I am willing to take deviantart points if you don't have paypal or another method of payment.✧ Please ask about payment plans if needed! I generally offer them for any commissions over $100.✧ I give regular updates on the work. I can usually give an estimated time of completion (depending on the complexity of the work) you are free to request updates at any time as long as you don't spam me about it.✧ I can generally finish a commission within a few weeks, but it depends on the complexity of the art. If you have a deadline you want the art finished by, please let me know as soon as possible.✧ Please be clear in what you want. I can do “surprise me”, but it is preferred to have at least a few details to work with (background, pose, expression etc) examples of what you're looking for are also very useful!✧ I can easily make edits to the commission during the sketch phase, so please make sure to correct any mistakes during that stage as I will not be able to do any major edits in later stages.✧ If I have drawn a design incorrectly and the details are CLEAR on the reference, I will change it free of charge - these mostly include small details such as earrings or markings.✧ Commissions can be cancelled at almost any stage, though depending on how far through I am I may only send partial refunds.WHAT I CAN DRAW:

- Anything i feel is above my ability or anything that makes me uncomfortable
- NSFW (this includes nudity, anything lewd, anything sexual/explicit)
- Fetishes or anything fetish related
- Anything offensive to anyone or any group of people.
- Incest/Bestiality/Pedophilia/anything of that nature.
- I will not emulate another artist's style.

Give me examples/colour palettes/aesthetics to use so I can get the design close to what you were imagining! also if you'd like me to add some accessories add them in here.
