By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service, breaking or violating these terms will result in your commission being cancelled and you being placed in a blacklist depending on the severity of the violation -> if the commission is already complete when you've violated the terms of service, your ownership of the commission is revoked and no refunds will be given

Terms of service

DO NOT use any of my work for AI / NFTs or equivalent
↳ Commissioners do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFTs/AI or equivalent- Do not trace or edit my work
- Do not claim my work as of your own doing
- Do not use my art / designs to spread and advocate for hate, negativity or for nefarious purposes
- The commissions will be done in my style
- The final product is for your personal use ONLY
- I have the right to post the finished work on any of my social medias unless specifically requested not to
- All payments will be made using either Cashapp, Ko-fi or Stripe
- All payments will be done using GBP currency
- 50% of the full payment is required upfront with the other 50% given once the work is complete
- No refunds given once I have started working on the commission*
- Revisions are allowed only while I am still in the initial stages of work (before I've started shading) -> any major revisions requested at the later stages of work (after I have started shading) will cost an additional fee anywhere between 5~10% of the full payment per revision depending on the scale of the revision (of which will need to be paid before I start to alter the piece).
- You are allowed 2 free minor revisions before you will be charged any additional costs
- I do commissions by queue / a first come, first serve basis -> if you have claimed a commission slot, wait for me to contact you once I have finished any previous work for clients above you in the waitlist (The 50% upfront payment is only paid once I contact you about your commission request)
↳ I do not offer any sort of priority or let anyone get "bumped up" on my waiting list
- If you want your commission to be completed by a certain time / date then you would need to pay a rush fee of 20% of the full payment upfront on top of the full payment itself (This will need to be paid as soon as you notify me of the deadline)I will NOT continue to work on the piece until any additional charges (that need to be paid for upfront) are paid- As the commissioner, I expect you to be available to discuss the commission (this means no going ghost for multiple days/weeks in a row unless it's an emergency)
↳ If I contact you with a question or update about the commission, I will not continue to work until you respond with:
• in the case of a question - sufficient information answering the question
• in the case of an update - approval of the work and permission to continue working on the piece
- You are required to credit me as the artist of the piece you have commissioned me to make (if I have not designed the character)
- You are required to credit me as the artist and designer of the piece/ character you have commissioned me to make (if I have drawn as well as designed the character)
↳ You will be given both a signed and unsigned version of the image -> You are only allowed to post the signed image online
- You do not own the rights to any images sent to you that are not a version of the final productCommissioning Process:
• Follow the link given on my carrd website where it says "Commission Form" and fill out the google form
• Once I am ready, I will accept your commission by contacting you via your preferred method specified in the google form
• We will discuss in further detail the specifics of the commission and once both parties are satisfied, you will pay the 50% up front payment including any additional cost that need to be paid for upfront
• Whilst we are working out what you'd like the image to look like I will be sending multiple sketches -> any changes requested during the time period before I start colouring are not considered revisions
• I will provide regular, if not daily, updates on the commissioned work in order to provide proof of progress
↳ Any images sent to you that are not the final piece will be watermarked for protection
• Once I have finished the commissioned piece I will send you a low quality watermarked version of the work in order to provide proof of completion, at which point you will be required to pay the rest of the full payment before I send over the high quality, unwatermarked images via your preferred delivery methodWhat I can draw:
• Existing characters / OC's (I will only draw game characters and characters with a copyright holder that isn't you if the copyright holder gives permission)
• Furries
• Ferals
• Humans / Humanoids
• (light) Gore / violence
• Candy gore
• Mecha / armourWhat I won't draw:
• NSFW
• Fetish art
• Real people
• Art with hateful / problematic messaging
• Hateful / problematic symbolsWhat is required for me to begin your commission:
• A clear and high quality reference for your character
↳ In the case of you requesting for a custom design -> images of aspects you'd like to be included in the design (clothes / hairstyles / general images to convey a mood or style) + a description of what you'd like them too look like with any specific features you'd like added
• A description of the general idea / concept / context of the artwork you'd like done -> the more specific you are, the betterWhat you will get:
• Two high resolution PNG files of the artwork, one signed and another unsigned
↳ Other PNG file versions of the art may be given to you if you have requested, for example, a version of the art with a transparent background
↳ Only the signed version of the artwork is allowed to be used when posting online
↳ Larger file sizes must be requested before I start work or will otherwise be adjusted to fit your requested image during preliminary discussionDelivery: PNG file sent via your preferred delivery method -> if the file cannot be sent over said delivery method, another delivery method will be requestedEstimated Delivery Time: 5-21 days from the start of work (the first sketch has been sent)

*I have a right to reject any commission whether I have started to work on it or not
↳ In the case that I have to cancel when payments have already been made, you will be refunded in full

By offering / bidding on one of my adopts you are agreeing to my Terms of Service, breaking or violating these terms will result in your offer / bid being excluded from the auction and you being placed in a blacklist depending on the severity of the violation -> if the adopt is already paid for and transferred when you've violated the terms of service, your ownership of the adopt is revoked and contested on Toyhouse with a public statement on all my social medias and no refunds will be given

Terms of service

DO NOT use any of my work for AI / NFTs or equivalent
↳ Clients do not have the right to mint/sell my designs for NFTs/AI or equivalent- The character must stay on Toyhouse if you want the character transferred to your Toyhouse -> Do not delete the character
- Do not copy / be 'heavily inspired' by my works
- Do not trace or edit my work
- Do not claim my work as of your own doing
- Do not use my art / designs to spread and advocate for hate, negativity or for nefarious purposes
- The charcter / deisgn is for your personal use ONLY
- You cannot resell my works for a higher price than it was bought / auctioned for unless extra art or equivalent has been added
- All payments will be made using either Cashapp, Ko-fi or Stripe
- All payments will be done using GBP currency
- Payments will be made in full unless they are over £120, at which point you can request for a payment plan
- Payments must be made 24 hours after you win the bid / are contacted by me notifying you that you are able to get the character / design
- No refunds given once I have transferrred the character
- Do not delete offers
- For autcions, the winner is the last bid after 24 hours
- You can request any minor design changes or alterations for free, any major changes will result in additional fees
- Auto buy (AB) 2 will always override Auto buy 1
- If you buy one of my designs, you will recieve a complete PNG file after payment
↳ If you AB'd and are entitled to extra art, the rules and process on my commissions t.o.s is what will be followed -> You will be automatically agreeing to my commissions t.o.s upon offering / bidding an AB with extra art offered
- Once payment has been made and confirmed, an unwatermarked version of the image will be sent to you via your preferred delivery method if you do not have a Toyhouse
- You are required to credit me as the artist / desinger of the adoptable if you post your adoptable on an online platformPayment plan / Installments:
• You have to pay the first deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction / being notified that you can buy the adopt -> the minimum amount for the first deposit is 50% of your bid
• For bids / offers under £200, you will have a payment period of 1 month
• For bids / offers over £200, you will be able to extend the payment period up to 3 months

I have a right to reject any offer made on one of my designs whether you have won or not
