COMMISSIONS PRICE LIST

Applications
I typically accept commissions through Twitter and Discord posts, which are usually slot limited. Most of the time I also accept them privately through Twitter and Discord DMs at almost any given time if I deem I will be able to complete it in a timely manner. I will always notify you of my queue first before accepting or declining requests privately.

I will always collect all the starting information I need; your username, commission type, character reference sheet and other information such as pose or mood preferences. Once I have gathered all the information, you will be put in my queue.

After I have confirmed your request, you are required to respond within 48h or I will consider your request cancelled and you will be removed from my queue.

Payment
Once you have received a sketch of your commission and have approved it, you will be requested to send the full payment using either Paypal or Stripe.

In instances where we agree upon a payment plan, which must be discussed beforehand, your commission will be put on hold until fully paid.

After the full payment has been received, your commission will be continued worked on.

If you fail to complete the purchase within a week, your commission will be cancelled and I retain all permissions for the commissioned artwork and it's future use.

Workflow
I usually work on commissions 2-4 days a week, depending on my whereabouts and mental state, so you can expect your commission to be completed anywhere from a day to a few weeks. I always aim to complete each commission in the same month that I have accepted it, unless I have stated beforehand that I'm opening slots for a different month, which so far has always been the following one.

Sometimes commissions might get delayed and completion time might vary depending on queue and the commissioned artwork. I always notify clients of possible or expected delays.

For the artwork to be completed in a timely manner, I expect smooth communication and am not responsible for delays due to poor or delayed communication on the client's behalf.

Delivery
You will receive the completed digital product via Discord link delivered throught Twitter DMs unless agreed upon otherwise. The link you receive is permanent but I would still advise you to store the product on your device as I am not responsible for any loss.

Delivery of alternative versions such as transparent background, alt palette, flat version, must be mentioned before I begin. I won't be able to deliver them after completion.

WIP
Work in progress updates by default include just a sketch or multiple sketch WIPs in case of revisions, unless I run into any problems or questions which I would like to discuss with you before continuing at any given stage.

If you would like to receive further WIP shots, you may request them beforehand or during your commission is being worked on.

Edits
Please always request edits as soon as possible. I retain the right to charge an extra fee for any bigger changes later in the process, if the requested edit was a visible error present in the earlier WIPs and could have been fixed earlier.

Any errors on my part, such as forgetting a marking which was clearly displayed on your reference, will be fixed without any additional cost.

Keep in mind that sometimes I will slightly change the hue of your character or simplify some items or markings I may find too complex to draw correctly. If you are uncomfortable with such, inform me in advance or as soon as you can.

After a commission has been completed and delivered to you, I will keep the file in my program for anywhere between 12h to 24h. If you spot any mistakes, inform me immediately. After this timeframe, the artwork file will be deleted and further edits will not be made.

Refunds
My art is always bound to my current level of skill and I always do my best with every commissioned artwork. I post up-to-date examples of my work and it's quality to my Twitter, Discord and Ko-fi gallery, so you can always know what to expect. Thus I won't do refunds for finished or nearly done commission.

However, you are entitled for a full refund if I'm unable to deliver the artwork within the agreed timeframe or I feel I am not able to complete it for any given reason.
Partial refunds can be issued if you choose to cancel your commission and the artwork is still in it's early stage.

The amount of refund (full or partial) will be discussed individually.

Cancellations
If you desire to cancel your commission, inform me as soon as you can. I retain the right to revert, edit or resell the commissioned artwork which has been cancelled. Such pieces will most often be resold as a YCH and further adjusted to fit the new client's character.

If a client is found unprofessional or unresponsive I have the right to cancel a commission with a notice at any time. Full or partial refund will be issued if applicable.

Art usage
As the creator of the artwork, I retain the right to showcase it in my online galleries and social media platforms.
You have the right to use the commissioned artwork for any and all personal usage, such as displaying it on social media, using it as a wallpaper or getting it printed.

Work editing
You may edit the commissioned artwork as you please, as long as it is not for commercial purposes. You may draw or write over it, create alternative versions etc. However, my watermark should not be removed under any circumstances, as it is a way of crediting me, the artist. Cropping the image for avatar usage or such is permitted, as long as credit is still given and you are not claiming the artwork as your own.

Commercial purposes
By default my work is not for commercial purposes and should be only used for personal use. The commissioned piece should not be edited or reproduced for profitable purposes of any form without my agreement and a license you have paid for.

If your wish for your commission to be kept private, you must inform me beforehand.

When ordering a custom design commission, general t.o.s applies. Please be sure to read that first before commissioning me for a character design.

You will first be presented with a concept design, which will be created as a messy doodle. These serve to represent you the colors, main markings and the overall idea.
You may request any edits made to the concept design or choose to reject it.

If a concept design is rejected, the commission is considered cancelled and the design that has been created will be resold. Only once it's been sold, you may request to commission me again.

After approval of the concept design, you will be requested to send the full payment through Paypal.

Once I have moved on to drawing out your character design, you will receive one more WIP of the commission before I finish it up. At this point you may request any smaller edits. Once the artwork has been completed, no further edits can be made.

I sell adoptables as flat-priced, through auctions or offers. When offering, claiming an adopt or bidding, only do so if you have the funds and are ready to pay once your offer/bid/claim has been accepted.

Full payment must be made within 24h unless agreed upon otherwise.
Payment plans must be discussed beforehand and a downpayment is always required.

Any adoptables purchased from me directly are non-refundable. This includes backing out of an on-going payment plan for any reason. Refunds may only be given out if offered by me.

Retracting or deleting bids is not permitted in auctions.

Private bids and offers are accepted. If you wish to stay anonymous after I have accepted your bid or offer, let me know.

Once you have received one of my designs, you may use it for personal use or commercial purposes. However, I still retain some rights to the character as the designer.

You may edit or redesign one of my designs to your likings, as long as you are the owner of the design being edited and I am still credited as the original designer. If a character has been heavily redesigned, you may not split it into two different characters unless I have given you permission to do so.

You are not allowed to add your own rules or accept given rules made any previous owners other than myself on any of my designs.

You are not allowed to make copies or draw heavy inspiration from my designs, regardless of whether or not you own the said design.

I hold the right to revoke someone's ownership over one of my designs if I was chargedback for it.

When you are purchasing a design from me directly, you do not gain ownership rights to that character until it has been paid of fully. This means I will not transfer any characters over to you on Toyhouse until they have been paid for.

Reselling, trading and gifting my designs is allowed.
Designs that have been bought can be resold for the same price as you bought them for. You may only inflate their worth if they come with additional artwork which you have paid for or drawn yourself.

Designs obtained through raffles/giveaways or were gifted to you are not to be sold under any circumstances. Their worth will always be zero.
