I have a right to use my work for portfolio/self-promotion/etc. purposes. Artwork may be posted on other platforms.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I deem necessary.

Once a commission is accepted it will be placed into my public queue. If you would prefer to be anonymous please let me know during ordering.

After a commission has been completed I will retain the workable file for 1 week in the event of any edits/file needs. After the period passes the workable file will be deleted.

I will only make edits post-completion if they are a mistake on my part and brought up within the 7 day period. It is commissioner responsibility to communicate any issues during the process, any commissioner-requested edits after the work is finished will be an additional charge.

Only the commissioner of the piece/design may repost/edit my work as long as they provide proper credit. Do not take credit for my work under any circumstances.

Under no circumstances may you use my work to promote bigotry, racism, sexism, etc.

Under no circumstances may you use my work in crypto/NFTs/AI/etc.

Anything can be done with the design once purchased (ex. roleplay, mascots, physical items, etc.).

All edits/redesigns are allowed as long as you do not remove me as the original designer. Do not claim the design as your own.

Do not resell the design for more than originally bought unless they have extra art. Traded/gifted designs can only be traded/gifted if alone.

Full payment is due upfront before I begin. Payment plans are welcome as long as it is discussed prior.

All sales are paid in USD by PayPal invoices unless specified otherwise. Once the invoice is sent it must be paid within 10 days or the purchase will be cancelled.

Complexity fees are added at my discretion. Fees may also be added for significant changes during the process or for post-completion edits.

Anything purchased with the intent to be used commercially (ex. merchandise) must be stated upfront. Proper agreements will be decided on accordingly.

Refunds can be requested at any time before the coloring stage. After the coloring stage is finished I will not accept refund requests.

Full refunds are only available if no work has been started or I myself am unable to fulfill the commission. Partial refunds are available during the sketching/lineart stages.

Refunds are not available once the artwork/sale has been completed. Purchased adopts are not eligible for refunds.

I retain all rights to the art/design if a started commission is refunded. Any work that was done may be repurposed/resold by me in any way I deem fit.
