i love following and supporting small artists when i can, considering i am one myself! please feel free to recommend anyone's work to me :D ! while my taste in character design tends to be quite picky and highly specific, i love all sorts of styles and am always interested in finding new people to commission!!

i am not a fan of most dark humor, i do not like the use of slurs around me either.

i do NOT like people “collecting” ocs for “pop designer” collections and showing off. i find the extreme idolization of artists weird, and categorizing “pop designers” can be hurtful, disrespectful, and even at times dehumanizing to someone and their work. “collectors” make me feel weird and organizing your ocs by “pop designers” is an automatic ick.

i am not a fan of public venting, drama talking, etc etc. please don’t do that.

do not claim my artwork/designs as your own.

always properly attribute credit for my art/designs wherever you share them.

you may use my artwork as a reference for your character at any time.

i retain the right to display/advertise any of my artwork/designs as examples, unless on specific occasions agreed to between myself and the buyer.

payment always comes first; unless buyer requests to pay after a simple sketch.

my turnaround time varies drastically due to disabilities, motivation issues, and irl obligations. commissions may take up to 4 months for completion. if i exceed 4 months, then you are eligible for a refund.

i will not give refunds before my allotted work time. (4 months max)

absolutely no rushing, hostility, or impatience will be tolerated. gentle reminders are fine and encouraged.

you may reference my artwork if so desired; i genuinely do not mind! so long as you are not tracing/outright copying - just simply integrating small style features into your work, then that is acceptable by me! i believe respectful referencing (with PERMISSION) is totally natural and helps growth as an artist. feel free to ask if you’re unsure if i’d be comfortable with certain reference pieces.

please notify me before any transfer (trades/sales) of my designs.

i heavily prefer to be able to view my previous designs, even if you are on an authorized account. i would like to have a key access to the designs or be authorized if you’re comfortable!

do not sell my designs for more than they are worth, unless extra art is added.

do not sell/trade my designs on amino, or anywhere outside of toyhouse/instagram/discord.

anyone you sell/trade to must have a toyhouse with proper credits.

under no circumstance should you delete the profile of a design i have made. if the design is no longer desired, transfer them directly to @fairies (my secondary/sales account) and i will rehome them or repurpose them.

ghosting after offering, deleting/editing offer comments without notice, backing out without notice may end up in a blacklist and possible block depending on number of offenses. i typically tolerate this one or two times before i will blacklist. offer responsibly and be sure about your offers.

co-owns are not allowed on my designs unless under special circumstances discussed with me prior.

you may not sell my designs to users on my blacklist. these users are blacklisted for specific reasons and they should not be able to have access to my work.

if i have ever gifted you a design, it must only ever be returned to me unless discussed with me prior to rehoming anywhere else. you may not sell gifted designs. if no longer desired, please transfer them back to me on the account @fairies.

please do not heavily adjust the design until it is unrecognizable. small changes are fine! feel free to contact me if unsure!

hypokits/family designs are allowed; however, please consult with me first so that i may ensure designs are not being explicitly duplicated/too close to originals.

the buyer agrees that upon breaking this tos, they will be blacklisted from further purchase of any designs.

no refunds will be granted before my allotted work time, which is a total of four months.

no refunds will be granted for anything that has been started and shown to you prior.

when requesting a refund, i require proof of purchase and proof of the date of purchase in order to verify it is past my allotted work time.

i will always make sure to prioritize refunds, but keep in mind that i have bills to pay and a personal life, it could take some time for the payment to be returned to you.

rushing me/rude behavior is not tolerated whatsoever and these actions may result in an immediate block, the refund will be handled through a friend accordingly; i cannot and will not tolerate ANY abuse or hurtful behavior.

in some cases i will make adopts to pay for refunds, if the buyer would like to exchange their refund for an adopt or other product of mine, that is acceptable with no extra cost. basically a free pass on an adopt or other product they would like as compensation for what is owed rather than a refund.

i am more than willing to accommodate you and work out a deal or exchange that is fair for the two of us, including characters i have for sale as compensation, agreement of extra time given with a time limit (if you really desire the commission), and whatever you’d like to request - i’m all ears.

please note that guilting me for more art is not an acceptable way of negotiating a fair deal.

i do not want users on my strict blacklist anywhere near me, and i will not be removing them if requested. ever.

users on my general blacklist may have the potential to be removed from this list if desired; however not guaranteed. if you’re interested please email me, [email protected]

please note if you are associated with any of these users in some way, you may be soft blocked as well.

i am very uncomfortable with these users which is why i will be incredibly cautious around those who are mutuals/friends with said users.

in some cases due to certain offenses, if you support/are close with users (mainly those on strict blacklist) you will likely be blocked/blacklisted as well due to personal comfort and safety.

note, it is very possible that users blacklisted by mutuals of mine/artists i frequently interact with will be blocked/unable to interact with me as well, even if not listed here.

please do NOT attack, witch hunt, confront, bully, or otherwise bother these users. this blacklist is made public mainly for the convenience of my commissioners and users who own my designs. if i find that you are going out of your way to invest yourself in these situations, confronting people here, or otherwise causing problems, you will earn yourself a spot on this list without question.

if you’re blacklisted here, and happen to own any of my designs from before the blacklisting, please note that those are the only designs of mine that you may own. you may not seek out and own any of my designs in the future, and once you trade or sell them away they may not ever return to you.

update: tired of people asking why they’re on my blacklist so now there are reasons. i will not explain myself further. i do not carry evidence around with me for all cases, i am happy to explain certain situations, but not obligated to share personal feelings or etc. some may have public bewares, i urge you to research the users you support before supporting blindly.
