Payment & Refunds

Payment

• Payment is paid through paypal invoice in USD.

• Payment must be made within 48 hours or otherwise discussed.

• Prices do not include commercial rights.

• Commercial rights can be discussed at any point.

Refunds

• I have not started on your commission.

• If I have started I will calculate and refund the amount of the commission I have not worked on.

• Payment plans are non refundable for any characters or adopts I am selling.
( Payment plan can be lengthed or discussed to come to a new agreement )

• Any tips are non refundable

Commissions

• I retain all rights to my artwork. This includes using it as examples for commission's and my portfolio.

• Client is allowed to use the commission for personal use only.
( Social media Icons and banners are included in personal use )

• Fanart commissions from any series, games, etc may be used by me for physical / digital goods at anytime.

• Base price for commissions may increase depending on complexity.

• Commissions may take anywhere between a couple of days to 6 months max depending on how detailed the commission is and where you are in the queue.

• I only take a limited amount of slots per month to keep me stress free and take my time with your piece / have it to you faster.

• You are free to ask for a estimate before the commission as well as updates if there hasn't been one in awhile.

• I will be updating my queue to the best of my ability for more frequent updates.

• Any major changes must be made in the sketch phase.

• Minor revisions may be made depending on how much I have already finished and may have a extra charge.

• If I have made a mistake on my end or forgotten to add something in please let me know as I am happy to redo that part / add it in.

ART

• You may not use my artwork for any AI or NFTs

• If you want to repost / share or upload any art you commissioned It must be credited to my platform on the specific website or my handle @fawniti

• You will be given a nonwatermarked and watermarked ver.
( Please use the watermarked ver when uploading to social media / websites )

• You may hue change any art that you own from me.
( Any other changes i.e. removing the watermark , drawing over it etc. Is not allowed unless discussed )

• Cropping the art is completely fine for icons etc. However credit is appreciated

Adopts

• All character and adopts are final sale.• Please only sell my characters for their worth except if we discuss and you have an emergency and need to increase the price to pay for said emergency.

Toyhouse

• All adopts will come with a toyhou.se profile.
If you need a code to setup an account one will be supplied.

• If you decide to hide the character please let me know if you sold, traded or gave away the character so I can keep track of who owns it incase of it being stolen or used for scamming.

• Co-owns are fine however I will not be able to help with any conflict that may arise with it.

Auctions

• Payment plan must be discussed before or during the auction.

• Please only bid if you have the funds or you 100% will have the funds in the agreed upon time.

• If you have won the auction payment must be made within 48hrs or otherwise discussed.

• If you have won auction and decide to back out on your bid you will be put on a cool down for 2 months. Which you will be unable to bid or purchase any adopt or character from me for that duration.

• I will do holds on certain circumstances, however if you backout of the hold a 2 month cool down is applied.
