Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you:
+ agree to and understand my Terms and Services
+ are 18 years old or olderPayPal invoices are sent from [email protected] only.
Do not use PayPal.me or Ko-Fi to pay for commissions.Payment must be made in full before high resolution images are sent via email.
Invoices contain low resolution images for receipt purposes.Terms used in the Terms of Service:
+ The artist pertains to myself, Alexa, also known as FBSP Art or iterations thereof in the linked accounts below.
+ Client or commissioner pertains to anyone who is contractually obligated in the exchange of monetary currency for the services of the artist.
+ Product, commission, request or work pertain to the finished results of the service the artist provides for the commissioner only.To request a quote or commission, please contact me through one of the accounts below.

Rights
My rights as an Artist:
+ Commissions may be put on hold due to personal circumstances but the commissioner will be informed or may request a refund.
+ Commissions may be denied for any reason.
+ Commissions may be cancelled for any reason.
+ Artistic liberty will be used unless commissioner requests otherwise.
+ Completed commissions may be reposted on sites as an example.
Your rights as a Commissioner:
+ Updates can be requested any time.
+ Changes can be requested during sketching (for free) or lining/coloring (for an extra fee).
+ Reposting is only allowed if all of the following is applicable:
> Credit is given to one of my accounts.
> You have permission to repost the commissions.
> I have no account for the site in question.
Refund Policy
+ Full refunds can be given if the artist did not move past sketching.
+ Partial refunds after sketching can be given depending on progress:
> More work done means a smaller refund amount
> You get to keep the product as-is.
+ No refunds will be given once it is finished or you violate the T.o.S., before or after service.
Usage
You must:
+ always credit the artist, Alexa or FBSP Art, explicitly by linking any of the linked accounts below.
+ save the original files to your local hard drive after the artist delivers the product.
> Backup files may not be available
You and only you may:
+ modify, edit, or use the product for personal purposes limited to:
> icons, signature banners, biography graphics, example for details
> add the value of the product to the overall value of your character
You or a third party may not:
+ remove my watermark for any reason
+ trace the product for under any circumstance
+ modify, edit, or use the product for commercial or business purposes (including use as a watermark) unless explicitly discussed and contracted
+ modify, edit, or use the product to represent prejudice (racism, sexism, transphobia, etc., as interpreted by the artist) or in conjunction with prejudiced stances
+ modify, edit, or use the product for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or for any purpose related to blockchain-based services
+ modify, edit, or use the product to train, model, or insert into datasets for use with AI-generation of assets or for any purpose related to AI-generation that requires using the product to produce a different result than the original
Usage terms are retroactively applied to any and all commissions created by the artist.
Violation of the usage terms of the T.o.S., before or after service, will result in a blacklist from further service.
Do's & Dont's
Allowed:
+ humanoids
+ anthropomorphic animals/furries
+ animals and monsters
+ fan characters (non-stylistic)
+ fan art of official characters*
+ multiple characters
Allowed (not my specialty):
+ backgrounds and thematic illustrations
+ machines, robots, or androids
+ object-spliced humanoids (object heads, humans with [object]-body, etc.)*certain media may be denied or turned down
Not Allowed:
+ prejudiced commissions (racism, sexism, etc.)
+ self-harm or depictions of self-harm
+ anything illegal
+ anything the artist does not want to personally draw
Inquire Only:
+ for commercial or business use
+ NSFW or gore and violence****certain topics that fall under NSFW or gore may be turned down
