General art TOS
1. I reserve the right to deny any commission that goes against my written-out commission rules or that I am not comfortable with.
2. You may not trace/ edit my art unless my written permission is given.
3. You may not use my art for commercial purposes/ monetary gain.
3A. this does not apply to the following (unless stated otherwise):
-character designs that were purchased from me
-bases purchased from me.
4. I do not do refunds.
5. credit me properly if my art is posted elsewhere.
my social media is linked to my carrd, please link to one of those accounts.-If you upload commission work/art I have done for you on Toyhou.Se please credit me with my on-site Username.
6. When commissioning me, there should be a proper reference provided.
-a digital character reference is required.
7. I only use PayPal as a form of payment. (unless stated otherwise)

Design TOS
1. By purchasing a character/or design from or by me you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of service.
2. Reselling a character for more than you purchased it from me is strictly prohibited
2A. the stated above does not apply if there is additional artwork added to the design/character, thus increasing its worth.
example: the character you have purchased cost 10€, you buy commission work for 20€, you can now sell the character for its newly acquired worth being 30€.3. you may make minor design changes without asking.
this means simplifying markings, small hue shifts, adding additional markings, adding and/or removing accessories, gender change, story change, and other small changes alike.3A. Inquire about major design changes first.
please feel free to ask me about any major design changes you have in mind.4. you may not claim to be the original designer, please refer to yourself as the owner of said design.
this should be properly credited on sites like Toyhou.Se and on reference sheets.-Credit me if my design is posted elsewhere.
5. You may resell, give away, or gift a design unless stated otherwise.

Blacklist
You will receive a warning once you break any of the rules stated above. If this is a repeated offense I will consider you blacklisted. You can be blacklisted for more than the reasons stated above, an example of that would be me being uncomfortable with working with you for personal reasons.
If you happen to be blacklisted you may not purchase a design from/made by me. This also applies to having someone purchase it for you or using a side account to purchase.
I will not have my blacklist written out publicly, for now, rather the users who are will be informed of it privately.
