Art + My OCs

By viewing my content you agree to these terms:

  • do not repost my art without permission or credit to me.

  • commissioned pieces can be posted by the commissioner with credit to me.

  • do not use my art or characters for rp or similar purposes. my personal art is my own.

  • all of my art/commissions belong to me and cannot be traced or resold as something else.

  • my characters belong to me and me only. don't use my characters for anything without my permission! Gift art is okay.

  • taking inspiration from my ocs and worlds are totally fine! if you like a design or concept feel free to make your own version with a different aesthetic, story, etc; be creative and dont just make carbon copies or steal my ocs art.

  • dont use my characters for profit.

Commissions

by commissioning you agree to these terms:

  • you MUST be over 18 years old to commission me. (Paypal policy, USD only)

  • i have the right to refuse a commission, since there are things that make me uncomfortable to draw and/or things that i feel are out of my ability to draw.

  • i will not start on your commission until i have received payment via an invoice i will send; must be paid within 48 hours or the slot will go to someone else.

  • i do not work from text descriptions; i need at least one visual reference to work with!

  • i do not offer full refunds unless i have not started on your commission, or i feel as though i cannot complete your commission.

  • I cannot work with deadlines, as i have a schedule and life outside of art.

  • i'll only do free edits in the sketch phase! once the art is completed, extra payment will be required for edits.

ADOPTABLES / DESIGNS

by buying my designs or adopts, you agree to these terms:

  • i retain rights to my artwork, but once the character is sold/traded/etc then it belongs to its owner. all i ask is to be credited for the original design+art.

  • if a sudden chargeback occurs i will reclaim the design and resell it to a new owner, and you will be blacklisted.

  • you may resell, trade, or gift designs. once you do so, it is no longer yours and you have no control over it.

  • you may not resell my designs for a higher price unless there is extra art. if sold/traded/gifted, the design must include all extra art.

  • you can change whatever you want to about the design, as long as i am credited as the original designer.

  • co-owning is allowed, but dont involve me in any drama that may happen.

  • you are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.

  • art of my designs that include subjects such as pedophilia, incest, noncon, or bigotry/racism will NOT be tolerated, and you will be blacklisted and blocked from interacting with me or purchasing from me in the future if i see this.

Will Draw:

  • NSFW + fetish art of just about anything (as long as it's not on my 'wont draw' list).

  • Humans, humanoids

  • Short-muzzled furries

  • Simple backgrounds

  • Simple poses

WON'T DRAW:

  • NSFW art of underage characters/cub/characters that appear underage.

  • Noncon/rape/pseudo-rape, incest, DDLG or any variant kink with incestuous/pedo-esque dynamics.

  • Zoophilia or NSFW of feral irl animals.

  • Drugs, drug use, or drug paraphernalia, alcohol is a maybe. im very selective and generally wont draw specific drugs. smoking is also a maybe.

  • Offensive or hateful themes (nazi/racist imagery, homo/transphobia, racism, etc).

  • Extreme gore, death, necrophilia, emetophilia, ear-fucking.
