Ferras are a hexapod closed species and have an elemental "bottom half" that corresponds to thee type of magic that they use! There are several ferra subspecies, including the standard Ferra, Aquaics, Snekesps, Orlars, amongst others! Ferras are open-traited: as long as they have the basic Ferra anatomy, they can have almost any trait possible!Ferras are found in the Sideroan Islands, and have a rich history, which is currently being discovered! As of now, the Ferras are facing a deadly enemy, which are the corrupted Orlars.

not read the T.O.S. in its entirety, it is still your responsibility should you violate any agreements or rules in this T.O.S.If you have any questions about the tos, please feel free to join the discord and ask about it in the questions section, or dm one of the admins!
GENERAL TOS
- Ferras are a closed species; please do not create your own without a MYO. Only official staff + current guest artists can create adopts.- harassment/discrimination on the basis of gender, race, sexuality, ability, etc. is prohibited and will lead to a ban.-NSFW material of Ferras, or the distribution of NSFW in the ferra community will lead to an immediate ban.- Inciting drama, or continually arguing/stirring up trouble is not permitted.- scamming staff/members or selling unofficial ferras will not be tolerated.- ban evading, or trading designs to banned users is not permitted.- generally problematic behavior (ex. p*dophilia) that endangers others in the ferra community is not allowed.
ADOPT/trading TOS
- Backing out of ferra adopts is not allowed. The first time it happens, the violator will get a verbal warn, but any times after that will warrant an official warning.- if a ferra's designer has a tos to follow, please abide by it alongside the ferra tos.- It is mandatory to have a TH to own a ferra and to link the ferra's personal TH to its masterlist entry.- you cannot sell a ferra for more than their CV. If they are a freebie, you can trade/gift them, but they cannot be sold unless they have extra art.- personal art adds on to ferra CV. however, if discovered to be inflating the worth of personal art, this will warrant an official warning. gift art does not add onto cv.
OWNErship TOS
- One can obtain a ferra through official adopts, myos, or trading/buying from other user. The ferra's official owner is indicated by the ML profile, and must be updated after a change in ownership.- the owner of a ferra can do the following with their character:
✎ Make or commission art, writing, etc. of their ferra.
✎ have their own personal lore that is not connected to the ferras' universe.
✎make minor redesigns, or make major ones with the correct items.
✎Co-own the ferra with a maximum of 2 other people.-The ferras of blacklisted individuals will be voided, and cannot be added back into the species under any condition.-For co-owns, they will be sorted out through the parties that are interested in the co-own. If any problems arise, staff will not step in unless it is very severe.
Blacklist rules
- 3 offical warns = 1 ban : This may vary depending on the severity of the warns.- Blacklisted individuals are not allowed to own ferras. any ferras that they may own will be voided immediately.
✎ If a person trades a ferra to a blacklisted person, they will get an official warn.-Blacklisted individuals will not be able to participate in ferra events or be in spaces for the ferra community (ex. discord, TH profile).- Unless for a very severe reason, blacklisted individuals are allowed to "appeal" their blacklist position one year after they are blacklisted. To do so, they can DM Jinippy or Mythrem. However, this does not guarantee a reinstatement into the species.- harassment or doxxing of blacklisted individuals are not allowed- just block them if you are uncomfortable with them. if anyone is discovered to have doxxed/harrassed a blacklisted individual, they will get an official warn.
This is a list of blacklisted individuals. The Blacklist rules apply to them, and they are not allowed to be affiliated with the ferra species.
