If any of these terms are broken you will be BLACKLISTED from commissioning me.
I have the right to decline any commission if I see fit.Asking for details to be changed is allowed and you are allowed to, and is encouraged.Art will take 1-4 days to finish depending on how complex the art is.If you commission a Custom from me, you cannot sell them for more then their value (unless it is an adopt.)You are not permitted to use my art for monetary gain, such as but not limited to, Merchandise, NFTs, Etc.You may not use my art without credit and/or modify it after you have received the finished work without my permissionI have the right to post the commissioned work to display my art examples, such as on a portfolio.I will Direct Message you on any platform when the sketch is started (if it's a full piece) so that you can change anything.If posted on any social Media, you will be credited as the commissioner.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
