Terms of Service
GENERAL INFORMATION/CONTENT
By purchasing my art services, you are automatically agreeing to all terms listed within the confines of this article. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your project if you do not agree to these terms. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact me via the information provided in the contact tab.I reserve all rights to decline any commission request for ANY reason.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Using PayPal...✧ Unless there is a previous agreement, I will ask for your PayPal email address so I may send you an invoice. Do not send me payment in any other way, it will be REFUNDED.
✧ Payment is due upfront in full after confirmation. You as the buyer will have 24 hours after confirmation of you commission, or invoice received, to pay unless otherwise discussed.
✧ Failure to pay within the decided time frame will warrant your slot to be given to the next pending eligible client.Regarding PayPal's own terms regarding minors (under 18 of age)...✧ I will not do any PayPal related sales with Minors!
✧ This goes against PayPal's terms for a minor to be using their services and due to issues in the past, involving both me and others, if I see that you are a minor I will refuse to do business with you.
As stated on PayPal's User Agreement... "For an individual to open a U.S. PayPal account and use the PayPal services, you must be a resident of the United States or one of its territories and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence."
✧ Minors will still be able to participate in other events not involving the exchange of money over paypal. Including raffles, DTAs, gifting, MYOs (not including USD slots), group activities, and trades with me or others trading my species. As well as having an adult purchase the design for you.
REFUNDS
If you are currently in my queue and in need of a refund, please contact me asap! Unless I have not started or have come across circumstances that lead me to cancel the project myself, you will not receive a full refund. Refunds will be based on the currently completed process of the piece.Refunds will NOT be available upon post completion.
CHARGEBACKS
Regarding Chargebacks...✧ If for some reason your PayPal account is not working, hacked, or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible so we can work in order to resolve the issue.
✧ Issuing a chargeback without contacting me in order to cancel, or refund, a project will result in an IMMEDIATE BLACKLISTING for you, your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account; including side accounts.
✧ If you absolutely need to cancel a project, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a possible refund. Please DO NOT ever issue a chargeback through PayPal.
✧ Due to art making up a large part of my current income, I cannot afford the time and energy it takes for chargebacks as they compromise my financial ability to pay bills and cover my basic needs.
PAYPAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Please note that almost all of my sales are Digital Artwork who's Intellectual Property is purchased by the client. And in most cases nothing is ever intended, by either me or client, to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the pay method provided by the client will mark a transaction as 'not shipped'. However I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the Client and I.
RIGHTS & DISTRIBUTION
I retain all rights of distribution to the completed image.
If you intend on buying commercial rights you must alert me to this at the time of ordering as it will affect the price.

✧ Display in one or all of my online galleries and or portfolio.
✧ Display it in any way to self promote my art.
✖MAY NOT
✧ Claim copyright of any the characters or species contained within the piece. Just to the art itself.
As the client or receiver of the piece or project, you...
✔MAY
✧ Display publicly in a personal gallery or website layout.
✧ Crop for personal use in an icon or banner.
✖MAY NOT
✧ Remove or obscure my signature.
✧ Reproduce and sell for an additional profit.
✧ Claim intellectual property of the art itself unless comercial rights were purchased.
QUEUE & SCHEDULING
Regarding time frames...✧ If there is a certain time frame you would like to have you commission completed in, please alert me to this while ordering so we can discuss the possibility and any further action towards towards the set time goal.
✧ As the artist, I reserve the right to take up to two (2) weeks before I start on your project. But I do try to start and finish in a timely manner well before if applicable.
✧ As the client you are more than welcome to ask anytime for a progress report.
✧ While I do my best to uphold a consistent commission schedule, due to work and other events your commission completion date could drastically change from a few weeks to a few months. If this is an issue, you may want to consider commissioning someone else.
Failure to adhere to these terms is grounds for immediate revocation of rights.
