COMMISSIONED ART USAGE POLICY
- Please credit my work.
- Do NOT alter/remove/crop out my watermark that is present on all my work.
- Do NOT use my work for commercial purposes.
- Do NOT use my work to make a profit.
- Do NOT alter/edit my work in any way.
- All commissioned work will be watermarked and posted on my art socials.PROCESS, REVISIONS & DELIVERY
- Before commissioning, please provide all references, choice of order and any related additional information to me.
- You will be put on a waiting list as I prepare your commission.
- You will be notified when I start on your commission.
- You will receive 3-4 updates on your order while I work on it. The first one being the rough sketch, then lineart/color blocking, and lastly the final product.
- Please list any changes you want made during the sketching and color blocking stage.• For character art:
- Solid color / gradient / image scenery / doodle / large prop background: the completed order will include at least two pieces of finished artwork, one with colored background and the other transparent.
- Sketched / rendered scenery background: the completed order will include one piece of finished artwork inclusive of the background.
- PNG with 350dpi, dimensions around 2000px - 3000px on both sides• For character sheets / pages:
- the completed order will include one piece of finished artwork, with or without colored background (depending on the order).
- PNG with 350 dpi, dimensions around 2000px - 4000px on both sides- Both works with its original dimensions/resolution will be sent to you in a google drive folder.
- Commissioned work may take up around 1 week - few months to complete depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned work, other work and seasons.
- A fee will be charged if you want something changed in the final work.REFUNDS & PAYMENT
- I accept USD and RM via PayPal and TNG.
- Payment must be made during or after the sketching stage, and before the color blocking stage.
- All orders are to be paid 100% upfront.
- Refunds are not allowed.
- All prices are inclusive of extra/additional transaction fees (e.g. Paypal transaction charges).
- The client is responsible for all extra/additional fees.
adoptables terms of service_ ☆
By agreeing to purchase said adoptable,
• The buyer agrees that this transaction is legitimate and acknowledged by the buyer themselves.
• The buyer has permission to pay with the payment method provided by seller and that the buyer is aware of the payment method used.OWNERSHIP & USAGE
- After purchasing my designs:
• You may use/draw my designs as much as you like.
• You are free to make minor edits to my designs as long as they are still recognizable.
• You may use my designs as inspiration for other creations.- You must credit me as the original creator of the design by including a valid link/username of one of my socials/adoptable accounts.
- I retain all legal rights to my designs.
- My designs are only for personal use/non-commercial uses by default.
- Trading/gifting my designs are allowed.
- Reselling my designs are strictly not allowed.
- My designs are not to be used and altered/redesigned for commercial uses. Please discuss with me beforehand if you were to use it for commercial purposes, which they will be listed at a higher price than the original.
- After purchase, a toyhou.se character profile will be transferred to you, otherwise a full-resolution .png file will be sent to you via email.PURCHASING & BIDDING
- Bids will only be acknowledged if placed in links following the 'bid placement preference' listed on the adoptable submission.
- Bids and purchase claims that do not follow the 'bid placement preference' will be ignored.REFUNDS & PAYMENT
