Nice to meet you!I am a big nerd with a passion for art ever since I was young. While I am majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice at university, drawing is my cherished hobby and a close one to heart. I am always looking to improve my skill so I can one day achieve the level of skill of those I look up to, and be able to create the works I've always wanted to. These days, I'm usually drawing art of my characters and stories while often doing fan art of my friends' characters too. I also love writing and playing around with characters both in design and story.Some of my interests are animation, such as anime and other animated work; manga and web comics, all sorts of different genres of music, and getting to know cool folks like you! I'm also a sucker for romance, horror, and adventure genres... other genres of course though. Other than that, I'm an avid chicken enthusiast and I love gaming.All the support and kindness I've received has meant the world to me since I started online in April of 2021. I'm happy to admit that it's thanks to you and my most wonderful and creative friends that I've been more inspired than ever to continue drawing and follow my passion! Some Q & A - more added as I receive curious questions!

Q: How long have you been doing art?
A: Ever since I was seven, I started drawing more often and at seventeen, I began taking it more seriously and studying to improve.Q: How do you draw so well?
A: Despite practicing and enjoying drawing for a long time, it wasn't until I started learning about the art fundamentals and listening to lots of advice by experienced artists on YouTube and other online resources when I began to improve so much more. We all start somewhere and believing in yourself and the process is just the beginning to becoming the artist you want to be!Q: What art program do you use and what do you draw with?
A: As of June 2021, I got Clip Studio Paint EX and have been using that as my main drawing and animating program. To draw, I use a Wacom Cintiq 16.Q: Do you role play?
A: Yes, however, in most cases only with mutuals or those I've at least had several meaningful conversations with beforehand. If you're not sure though, don't hesitate to askโ€”I won't mind! Also, I only play the roles of my own characters as they're what I'm most comfortable writing in for. On another note, if you ever want an assured place to interact or have your own characters interact with my own, my Toyhouse is the perfect place to do so too!Q: What inspires you to make the characters you have? - (In one specific question: How did I create Stygian?)
A: My imagination goes to a lot of places and I'll either come up with a spontaneous idea and sketch around with it until I'm satisfied; or I'll be doodling random characters until something happens when I least expect it. As with Stygian, my favorite character as of yet, he was a random idea for a mini-story that I scrapped long ago and somehow ended up throwing into a newer story.Q: What kind of music do you listen to?
A: Quite a variety! I save all my favorite songs to my YouTube playlist, which you can find here if you're curious!Q: How did you come up with your username, Frost/frostybirdy?
A: Frost Bird was a large blue chicken who's magical ability was materializing and manipulating iceโ€”and was my first OC if you willโ€”that I created in fifth grade. She was both a character for my first ever story, which I still develop to this day, and a persona; however, I have different variations of her now due to the differing stories she's been included in so far. As you can probably tell, her dog kemonomimi is my favorite version to represent as. Anyway, when I went to create my username, I wanted it to be inspired by her first version and found out no other name was original (and appealing to me) other than "frostybirdy."
