By commissioning me, that means you agree to all the terms written here. If you break my TOS, you will not get a refund and you will no longer be able to commission me in the future. I will also decline any commission I do not feel comfortable doing for whatever reason.

Payment & Pricing
I only take payment through PayPal in USD, as well as full payment upfront before I begin working on a commission. I also do not intend on doing any payment plans.
Refunds are only available before approving the final sketch or if I feel as if I cannot go through with completing your commission for whatever reason.Rights & Usage
Any artwork commissioned from me is not allowed to be used commercially in any way without my explicit consent. You also are not allowed to claim it as your own. If posted anywhere or used as a pfp/banner/etc, proper credit is needed (i.e. linking back to/stating the username of my Toyhouse, Instagram, or Tumblr).Process
I'll generally take maybe a few days to finish a commission, with the max amount of time being about 3 months. If it takes any longer for whatever reason, I will be sure to let you know and ask if you would like a refund.
I can work with time-sensitive commissions as long as I'm told beforehand. If I feel like I cannot deliver before the date it's due, I will let you know.
I tend to only send a wip of the sketch for approval to move forward, but if you'd like more during any other part of the process, please let me know!
