Terms of Service (July 2022).

By commissioning me you agree to these policy, so please make sure to give it a read. If you do not read the terms you are still required to follow them; I will not be responsible for your failure to read them. Please read over these terms every time you commission in case there have been changes!

No printed/physical item will be sent to you, this is a just digital file so there won't be any fees for transportation, managing or delivery.

I do NOT allow my artwork to be used/reuploaded to AI art websites or to be used/reuploaded as NFTs in any capacity.

My Rights

  • I have the right to deny any commission without providing reason.

  • I have the right to blacklist certain clients that proved to be problematic.

  • I have the right to change these terms at any time.

  • I might ask for permission to the commissioner before using commissioned artwork to promote myself as an artist.

Usage Policy

Only I and the commissioner (or current owner of the depicted character(s) ) may use artwork produced for them. Even if you did not commission the artwork you are still required to follow these terms.

You May

  • Post the artwork on any non-art gallery website that I DO NOT have a presence on as long as you properly credit me back to one of my official links. Sites where I do post you may not repost to, only retweet/reblog/etc. directly from my post.

  • Use the artwork and designs non-commercially.

You May Not

  • Repost my artwork to your online galleries or art sites (DeviantArt, Furaffinity/Weasyl/etc...). You may favorite my works for you and organize accordingly via your favorites, but you may not repost at all.

  • Sell my artwork and/or designs in any way or use it commercially. (e.g. merchandise, etc.)

  • Claim it as yours.

  • Remove watermarks/signatures. I do not under any circumstance offer files without watermarks/signatures so do not ask.

  • Alter my artwork AT ALL.

  • Trace or draw over my work.

Reselling/Trading My Designs

  • If you purchased a design by me, you may resell it for the same price you purchased for, with additives totaling only the price of commissioned work.

  • Designs may be traded for other designs and/or goods.

  • Designs may be gifted to other users.

  • Traded designs may be vouched for a price based on the original sale value and art you yourself have purchased.

Commercial Rights for My Designs

  • You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.

  • You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit.

  • You may make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are made in limited quantity, and the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased -from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art in such a way.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning, which will become a block/blacklist if rules are repeatedly broken.

Ordering Process

  1. I'll contact you asking you to fill out a form with the information for the commission. You have up to three days to send the information and the first half of the payment so I start working on your commission. (Only half payment is required, but you can send complete payment if you want to). Only when I receive the first half of the payment, I will start working on the sketch. If you have not paid within that time window given, your commission will be canceled.

  1. I'll contact you a second time, this time I'll send you small version of the sketch so we can work on it, fixing details and making as many changes as needed. Once I get green light for the sketch, I'll give you another three days to send the rest of the payment (unless you have already sent the whole payment the first time). After the rest of the payment is received, I'll start working on the pic again. Past this point no major changes will be made, so please, make sure to check out the sketch before you approve it!

  1. You'll receive the final product within two months, unless the process of communication delays the progress on my work. At this point only minors changes will be possible, like color adjustments.

  • Clients will be kept updated in the event of delays.

  • Reasonable changes and fixes may be requested, but large edits/overhauls will require extra fees. Compensation amount varies and will be quoted specifically to each large change. BE CLEAR WITH WHAT YOU WANT WHEN ORDERING TO AVOID THIS! If you are vague I won't know exactly what you are looking for and am not responsible for things you fail to explain being wrong or missing. With this in mind, please do not be scared to ask for changes at any point during the process.

  • Changes can NOT be requested after completion of the commission.

Refund Policy

  • I require 72 hours to issue a refund after it has been requested.

  • A commission that has not been started can get a 100% refund.

  • A commission at the sketching stage can get a 50% refund.

  • A commission at completion of the lines and color cannot receive a refund of any amount.

  • A final pass will be sent to the commissioner for retouches of colors and small things.

  • Piece recreation is not an option. Changes should be discussed during the process - not after completion.

Paypal Chargeback Information + Policy

  • I offer manual refunds so at no point should a charge-back be issued. Upon issuing a charge-back the client should be able to prove some sort of negligence, neglect, & loss of communication on my part regarding a manual refund. I keep dated logs of all communication between every client and I.

  • If using a charge-back to void my refund policy the following actions will be taken :

  • The client's rights to the product in question will be forfeited. The product may be resold or utilized in other ways as compensation.

  • The client will be subject to public blacklist to warn fellow freelancers of their charge-back.
