Forever 2000s pop punk guy β˜† Atompunk/Raygun gothic enthusiast β˜† Mad Geologist

Howdy. I’m a geologist/volcanologist. I do research and work in conservation. I also love being exposed to radiation. Sometimes I draw. This is my main tumblr account where I mostly post art I drew/art for me and geology related stuff here. If you have questions about volcanoes, rocks, or need career advice, send me an ask! I can also try to ID rocks & minerals for you.

how much do y'all typically sell zines for, or how much do you usually see them priced? Is it dependent on how many pages?

BTW when I say zines, I really do mean just zines, not artbooks or fully manufactured fan books that people call “zines”

Logging into the weird sex and openly queer accepting website only to constantly see people on this site constantly being assholes about “queerplatonic” relationships whenever a post about that or about aro people pop up, saying how these types of relationships and these identities aren’t real or that people who ID as having these relationships should “go outside”. You people have learned absolutely nothing.

Today is International Geologist Day! Go tell a geologist you appreciate their work! Also, here’s a series of geology themed illustrations I made of TB and Mona that I wanna share for today.

Once again just wanna say how delighted I am to see artists doing the retro style and experimenting with retro techniques and having fun with it…………………..knowing I helped reintroduced an endangered species back into the wild and to see it years later going strong and thriving in OC art communities…now how can I do that with backgrounds and make more people draw rocks?
