By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client. I don't sell or are required to send any physical copies of the artwork.

Before commissioning me, make sure you're able to pay.

If payment is split into 2 (above 200€), once I receive the first deposit, I'll start with the drawing process. Second payment must be sent before I send the art piece. If second (or first) payment isn't received within 48 hours, your commission will be dropped without refunds.

If your character is extremely detailed (categorised as "complex" according to my judgement), I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request.

If, during the painting process, added details or changes are requested that were not negotiated at the beginning of the commission process, I have the right to charge an additional fee to be paid before the files are sent to you, the client.

My work is not allowed to be used as an NFT or any other type of blockchain. It's also not allowed to be used to train AI image generating software.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

All comunication will happen during the week (Monday-Friday)

You are responsible for the purchased artwork files you'll be sent. I cannot guarantee the integrity of the files I own of the art, and I am not required to save and store copies of the commissioned art. (However, If I do, I can send the file again if you've lost/deleted the file by accident)

You will have to provide enough references and information: images, photos... a sketch or doodle would be awesome!

A written document must be provided with all the relevant details of the commission. This way be an actual document or a text message.

I will not tolerate: ghosting, lazy responses, vague responses, angry demands, delay in payment, rude behavior, insults...etc.

Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. (Feel free to ask for WIP images at any time! ^^)

Structural changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.

Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian’s PayPal account.

Payment can be done with paypal or a direct transfer (prices are in euros € ) You are responsible for making currency conversions if needed.

Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

Payment will be upfront or split into 2 (above 200): first half at the very beginning and the other half right before you are given the art piece/design.

Payment plans may be discussed privately.

I don't do refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission.

You are NOT authorised to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Because of all of the things mentioned above: think carefully before you decide to ask for a commission.

You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not claim my work as your own.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

My work is for personal use ONLY by default: social media icon, wallpaper, a cool print on your wall...etc.

If the art is going to be used for comercial purposes or for finacial gain, this must be discussed before the commission process starts, and the prize will vary.

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

I sign my work. My signature can be minimized but not removed.

Once bought, the design was made by me but the character is yours.

You may redesign however you like, but always credit me for the old one.

Do NOT resell the design for more that you bought it for. If the character has additional art, then you have every right to sell it for more.

For lineart bases, you may add or change the lines however you see fit. My signature can't be removed.

Designs cannot be made into species.

Art given in art raffles will not proceed like a commission, it won’t necessarily follow the same steps or have the same conditions

The art provided will be done with full artistic liberty. The pose, color palette, scene and elements will be up to me.

You will be disqualified if you enter with a raffle account! No raffle accounts are allowed to participate in my art raffles.

Seasonal/special discount apply to every com type except for extra characters. If ordering 2 icons (normally 60 instead of 70, since second icon would be discounted) the discount applies to them individually as if it were 2 different commisions. For example, with a seasonal 20% discount, 2 matching icons would be 28+28= 56 instead of 60x0.8=48.
