methods of payment, prices are in USD. payment via paypal invoice only. after commission is accepted, you will be sent a request for payment. I will not start your commission until it's been paid.

rights

you have the rights ; art is for personal use only. for commercial use, we can negotiate your purchase of the rights. you are welcome to post the art on any platform you desire, but please credit me where applicable. do not resell, no NFTs, and do not use my art for training AI models. let me know if you don't want your commission posted on my social media.

editing

amount of editing ; you will be given a maximum of two edits during the approval stage of sketching. once I move onto the clean up, you will be given the ability to request minor edits

general

any other terms ; provide me all relevant information and reference material, I require visual reference. I maintain the right to deny a commission for any reason. turnaround rate can range anywhere from 1-8 weeks, I will communicate if circumstances changes. refunds only available if your art piece has not been started on.
