Terms of Service
By ordering a commissioned piece or owning a design from me, you must agree to the following:
I have the right to refuse any commission.I retain the rights to the images or work I produce, meaning I can freely post my artwork in examples/galleries or social media for marketing purposes and such.You can use the artwork you commissioned for in any way (following TOS) except for commercial purposes. You may order a piece for commercial use but it must be discussed beforehand. Credit is not required but it's appreciated.No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission. If commission is not delivered within a 3 month time frame, I may offer a partial/full refund depending on how much is completed; this is up to my discretion. I will not continue with the commission if a full refund is delivered.Payment:Every money transaction will be done via paypal. All of my prices are in USD & I will accept only USD.Payment is expected upfront in which I will send an invoice. (include your paypal in pms!)
