These rules are subject to change and have rules added to them.

I am not required to take on a commission if I don’t feel comfortable doing so.

There is no set time for when your commission will be finished. Generally, I try to get it done as quick as I can, but it could take up to a few months to complete.

If you use my art on any social media platforms, be it reposting, profile picture etc, PLEASE give proper credit to me by linking one of my socials.

I may not take on a deadline commission if you ask for one, but please feel free to! This will cost an extra fee if I accept.

Please do not use my art if you have not commissioned it..

If uploading to Toyhou.se, please credit my account ghoulyghostt.

You are welcome to make changes to the design!

Do not claim to have designed the character.

Feel free to sell, trade, or gift the character. please do not upsell however, unless there is added value. (art, commissions, sculptures, fursuits etc etc).

Wait at least 2 weeks before reselling a design.

If you do not own a Toyhou.se let me know if you are trading/reselling a character and the recipient. I like to keep track of where my designs are, which is a lot more difficult without the platform.

I do not give refunds once the money has been paid. This is unless I am unable to complete your commission, in which case, this will be repaid in full.

I will communicate throughout the commission process which will give you the opportunity to make changes before I continue. I am happy to make minor changes at any point, but for anything major, this will result in a further fee.

ALL OF MY PRICES ARE LISTED IN GREAT BRITISH POUNDS (£). PLEASE CONVERT IF YOU USE A DIFFERENT CURRENCY

Payment is generally required after I send an approved sketch. Anything I send before the price has been paid will be watermarked.

I take payment through PayPal only.
