By ordering and paying for a commission you agree to my Terms of Service!

I require payment after I've finished the clean sketch unless stated otherwise. All payment will be done via Paypal in USD. I have the right to turn down your commission for any reason.

Any complications in the design or additional props may cost extra unless requested to simplify. Major changes to the art is allowed during the sketch phase, while minor changes are allowed during later stages. I may limit the amount of edits or require payment before continuing if the requests for edits are found to be excessive.

Turnaround time for each commission is normally 1-2 weeks but may go up to a month depending on the complexity of the commission and my ability to work on it. I will supply WIPs at each stage, with the exception for simple YCHs. You may request an update on your commission at any time.

Refunds are not available unless I've been unable to finish the art within my turnaround time (1+ month) and we both agree to a refund. In this case, I will refund you the amount of what the remaining work is worth.

For custom designs and adoptables, you may not sell the design for more than it is worth in purchase price + commissioned art + personal art. While you may edit the design itself, I require you to ask for permission before editing my art. You may use the design for whatever you wish. You may ask me about buybacks, but I am not obligated to purchase it back.

You may upload your commission to other sites only if I am given credit which discloses my full username (@glittiewings) and a site which my art is available at (instagram, toyhouse, carrd, etc). I will upload the commission to my portfolio, mentioning it is a commission althought not mentioning the username of the client, unless requested otherwise by the client.

Do not trace, copy or claim my art as yours, and do not use your commission for commercial purposes unless previously discussed. You do not have permission to use my art in anything related to cryptocurrency, blockchains, or AI image generation and databases.
