I have every right to decline your commission.Commissions are non refundable unless we haven’t confirmed and finalized the sketch.If it has been over 2 months since you requested the commission you may ask for a refund.If I feel I can not complete the commission you may request a refund.Adopts are non-refundable after the payment process has started.
