General Term of Usage !
I retain all rights over the artwork ive done for you, and reserve the right to use it in my portfolio.
Any sort of alteration or modification toward my art is not allowed unless stated other wise.
All work and price mentioned are all for personal use only,
For commercial use, you're required to contact me for details and permission for it.
You are forbidden from using any of my artwork for NFT or A.I purposes.
Full credit for my artwork are required, rightfully under Grappucino.
Failure in following any of the terms mentioned above will be resulted in a blacklist.
Adopt!
Payment are expected within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise. Failure on meeting the payment time will be resulted in the adopt being put back up on sale.
Bidding will end within 24 hours.
Payment plans can be discussed in details privately via DM.
All design and adopt will have a 1 week cool down before it can be traded, gifted, or resold.
Do not exceed the price a design or adopt without any additional assets (eg; commissioned piece)
Any design obtained via trade or gifting are forbidded from being resold unless it has a paid asset.(eg; commissioned piece)
You're not allowed to bid or offer on other design if your previous offer have not been completed yet.
If any of the design belongs to a closed species, then please be mindful of their own guidlines !
Commission!
I have the full right to decline your commission.
I have the right to cancel and refund a commission piece if a personal problem arises.
Commission piece will take up to few days to a month to be finished, so be patient.
Clients will be updated and informed if there's some sort of delay with their work.
Clients are also more than allowed to ask for an update on the progress of the commission piece! (however, please refrain yourself from abusing this system and pester me everyday about the piece >-)o )
All product will be done digitally and cannot be sent to you physically.
All commission piece will be sent to you via Email, and can include transparent or alternative version if requested so.
You may not use these pieces for commersial use unless stated otherwise.
Refund are not allowed once the sketch are approved.
Payment can be done either upfront, or once the clients approved the sketchs.
Also keep in mind that i am collage student, which mean some of the pieces could take a bit longer than my usual pace thanks to my schedule at university and all !
Payment!
All prices will be done in USD, IRD, Ko-fi, and Deviantart Points (1 USD = RP. 14.000 / 1 USD = 100 DApts)
Stated previously; all payment will be done either upfront, or once the client approved of the sketch.
Payment will be accepted via Paypal, Ko-fi, Deviantart, and BNI.
I will give a refund if decided to cancel a commission.
There will be no refund once the sketch is approved by the client.
Art payment are required to be finished under a month, failing to meet that deadline will result in the adopt being put up for offer again.
An extension can be given if asked for.
