For an enjoyable and fuss-free experience, please follow these terms:- Adopts bought are for non-commercial use unless otherwise stated upon sales- Adopts are not to be sold for a higher price unless additional art is added- Adopts, once sold, are non-refundable- Do not claim the original design/art as yours- You may change their design however you like- For queries, you may reach me at [email protected]

Cimery's Terms of Service

You will agree to/ have agreed to the following terms of service upon your purchase of my adoptable design.I may make changes to the terms to ensure relevance to my service. For the most updated terms, view this documentContents

7) Contact Information1) General- I keep my rights to my original artwork and intellectual property.- You must not claim that you are the one who designed my designs.- I may use the adoptable as examples for reference and/or in a portfolio.- I may refuse service to anyone for any reason.2) Buying & Offering- BTAs: reply to the highest bid.- OTAs: I do not notify for out-offers.- Do not back out of/cancel your bids/offers. Only bid if you have the funds.- AB holds: Max 1 week. Request the moment you bid/offer.3) Payment & Refunds- Once bids/offers are closed, I will PM the winner about payment.- Pay the amount within 24hours of my PM. If payment is not received, I will cancel your winning bid.- When paying using PayPal, do not add an address. (Put N/A instead)- There will be NO REFUND for my adopts/ designs.
- You can ask me to buy back the design, but I am not obliged to do so.4) Re-Sale & Transfer- You MUST inform me of transfer/resale of my designs. (Email or PM on IG)- My adopts can only be re-sold at a price LOWER than the price you bought it for. The worth of new artwork can be added.- Adopts bought using virtual currency that cannot be converted to real money (eg. Amino Coins), must not be re-sold for real money, or any currencies that can be converted into real money (eg. DA Points).- DTA/ Raffle adopts: cannot be resold. But you can gift them for free.5) Art & Crediting- You must credit me whenever you use my artwork of the design.
Use the username “Cimery” on Amino, or “cimerycim” on Instagram. If you use Toyhouse, please give creator credit to “Cimery”.- Do not remove my signature or watermarks.- My art and designs are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.- You must not alter my artwork in any way, including colouring in sketches/ line art. Unless otherwise agreed.6) Design Usage- Slight changes to designs are OK as long as they are still recognisable.

Before bidding/buying please read through all info very carefully.——————————————🦋Payment/Offers🦋Please, please, do NOT bid and back out. Only bid if you are truly capable and wanting the design. I’d also rather you tell me you are backing out than leave me uncertain.Once bidding is closed, I will contact the winner for payment.Please pay the amount within 24 hours of my DM. If not received, the bid will be canceled and I will hand over the design to the next highest bidder.In the case of commissions and adopt customs, I will start once paid, and will send the general sketch/progress shots.🦋Crediting🦋You are always welcome to share the design on other sites, but please always credit me with the name ‘Sunye.’ I am on Toyhouse as well.Both my designs and commissions must be for personal use only, please do not use for your own profit unless asked permission.🦋Design🦋Slight changes to the design are always welcome, but please do not adjust it so much that it is unrecognizable.These changes can include gender bends, addition of weapons/accessories etc and alternate outfits for example.🦋Reselling🦋I do not accept refunds. If you must be rid of it for some reason, reselling is a good option.If you are to resell, do not sell it at a price higher than the original price unless there is high quality extra art that comes with it.Same goes for adopts bought with AC (Amino Coins.) They cannot be sold for real money.It would be nice to let me know who the new owner is if the reselling is successful. Please let me know! Kaneko's Terms of Service

• No refunds will be accepted for adopts.

• You will be blacklisted if you back out after bidding/ claiming an adopt.

• Trading/ gifting/ reselling is okay, but please do not resell at a higher price unless additional art is included.

• Please credit me as the artist/designer. Credit to my toyhouse account is preferred (kaneko).

• Feel free to modify/ simplify/ rename adopt designs.

- Don't bid if you not sure can pay it
- Please pay it within 24 hours after you win the adopt
- You can edit the design after bought it
- Don't resell this adopt for a higher price than you purchased it (except its have more art)

Bid and then running away not pay the price U set and become silent
when I contact you. I will automatically put you in BLACKLIST !

Bidding/Offering
Please do not back out if you've made a bid/offer. Only consider if you are capable of bidding.Refunds
I do not accept refunds. Buying my adopt means you're serious about it. I suggest reselling instead.Trading/Reselling
Trading or selling my adopts are completely fine, but you may not sell it in a price higher than its original price, unless accompanied with artwork of the appropriate value.It’s appreciated if you put them in toyhouse, so it's easier to keep track of them (´ ∀ ` *) My toyhouse is Quadreye.Crediting
Feel free to share the design in other places. If you repost the original artwork, please credit me by the name Quadreye or to any of my accounts.I have the rights to post my adopts anywhere as portfolio.Licensing
My adopts are for personal use only, unless you have permission from me. Just ask!Design Changes
Feel free to do changes to the design and make alternate outfits. Genderbends are okay too.Violation of the terms will result in a blacklist.
