The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time. A full refund will be given to the client.

The client may request a cancellation at any time, but payment according to % of work completed will still be taken.

May post anywhere, with credit given

Art is for personal use and not for commercial use. Client may not reproduce, print, or use images for marketing/contests/products/merchandise.

The client may crop or resize the artwork(s) for personal use such as icons, banners, etc.

The client may not make any artistic edits, or request someone else make artistic edits to the commissioned artwork(s).

The client MAY NOT use commissioned art for NFT purposes or similar related materials.

Reserves the right to turn down a project, without reason stated

By buying/obtaining any design by me you agree to follow these terms of service. Failure in complying may result in a blacklist or warning.

There is a three day cooldown between date of purchase and redesigns by me before the design's ownership can be transferred.

You are allowed to redesign and make original/CS AUs of my design. For closed species imports, you must have a slot and follow the TOS of the species. You must keep the original design in the gallery and credit appropriately.

Commercial rights: Please contact me on toyhouse or discord, additional payment of initial price + 200%. If design does not have a base price then it is not allowed to be commercialized in any way.

Do not trade, sell, or gift my designs to blacklisted users. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist.

Designs traded without currency (even if originally bought from auction/OTA/etc) may not be resold.

Do not sell designs for a higher price than bought for without extra art.

Gifted designs may not be traded up or resold without extra art. (Originally bought in an auction/OTA/etc, gifted to someone else)

Customs/designs obtained from trades or gifts may not be resold.

Free raffle designs may not be traded or gifted without extra art

They may not be resold without permission, even with extra art
