Terms of Service

GENERAL
✦ Commissioned artwork cannot be used to mint NFT or be involved in any cryptocurrency transactions.
✦ Commissioned artwork cannot be used for AI training.
✦ You may add the price of commissioned piece from me to the resell price of an adoptable.PAYMENTS
Payment must be made through Paypal, VGen, or Ko-fi, whichever is applicable to the platform the client made purchase in✦ Payment should be made in full before I start the commission.
✦ Once I accept your commission and we agree on the price including any complex fee and rush fee, I will invoice you. Do not send payment unless you are prompted to.If the payment is not made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, your slot will be voided.COMPLEX FEE & RUSH FEE
Complexity fee may apply to designs that have:
⟐ Big wings/ears/tails that are larger than the character's torso
⟐ Extra limbs; Centaur/Mermaid designs
⟐ Very long hair (below knee)
⟐ Complex outfit (highly embroidered, lots of accessories, etc.)
⟐ Props (Big or complex props like vehicles or firearms are not available at the moment)Complexity fee ranges from 10% - 50% of base commission price.
If you would like a quote before receiving your invoice, please note so in the form or message me before sending in the request.Rush fee applies if you would like to receive your piece by a certain date.
Please let me know before paying the invoice if there is a deadline for your commission.Not available to all commission opening; If rush is available it will be noted so on the form*Rush fee breakdowns are like this:
⟐ Max 1 month from the date of payment: Additional +$50 per artwork
⟐ Max 1 week from the date of payment: Additional +$100 per artworkCommercial use fee will apply to artworks the client wish to use outside of personal use. Please refer to the Personal & Commercial Usage section of the TOS for acceptable uses.⟐ Commercial fee for streaming & content creation use:
200% of total price, not including rush fee if applicable

I will send you 2 WIP (Work in progress) screenshots while working on your commission. You may ask for following edits after seeing the WIP.Sketch - minor pose change, expression change, correction if I got a detail wrong/missed something
Flat color - Color shift, correction if I got a detail wrong/missed somethingAfter the commission is complete, no revisions will be made. If you would like an edit for a completed commission, please message me and I will make the edit for a fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Not including the time spent for correspondence, the average work time is 2 months. This may be shorter or longer depending on the type of art you commissioned. In case of delay to your commission, I will message you with the new estimated time of delivery. If you have any questions about the progress of your commission, please check the work queue listed on my VGen profile. If you have further questions, please message me.Delivery will be through the client's chosen method of correspondence. The file will be in .png format and 72dpi. If you need your work to be in a specific dimension/resolution, notate so in the Details section of the commission request form.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USAGE
Commissioned art may only be used for personal use, unless commercial use was discussed beforehand.Acceptable personal uses include:
⟐ re-uploading the piece on your gallery with credit to the artist.
⟐ making a personal print or physical product for yourself or a friend.
⟐ other uses that doesn't create profit for yourself.Acceptable commercial uses include:
⟐ redistribution of the piece for commercial gain
⟐ mass-production with intend to sell and other commercial activities
⟐ use of artwork in commercialized work such as game and other uses.
***This includes using the commissioned piece in your stream if you are an affiliate/partner, or receive donations in-streamCHARACTER DESIGN & ADOPTABLESPurchasing a character design (pre-made adoptables or custom design) gives you the right to use the design for personal use unless discussed beforehand for commercial use, but it does not give you the right over the artwork itself.
You may resell the design for the original price + the amount of commissioned art of that character.
Editing the original file is not allowed. Please make a separate artwork reflecting the change, or you can contact me to edit the file for you for a fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist reserves the right to the artwork and may use the uploaded commission piece as portfolio pieces, samples, and advertisements.
The artist reserves the right to share the process of the commission via social media, discord server, and stream.If you do not want this, you can request a NDA for a $100 fee.The client may reupload the commissioned work as long as proper credit is given to the art piece, with a link to any of my page.
The client may not claim the artwork as their own, remove the artist's signature, or alter the artwork without permission.REFUNDS
Both the artist and client reserve the right to cancel the commission and ask for a refund for any reason.100% refund is possible before I have sent you any WIP.
50% refund is possible after I have sent you a first WIP (Sketch).
Refund will be unavailable after the line art stage.By commissioning me, you confirm that your age is 18 or above or have a parent/legal guardian to agree to all of the terms of service listed above.

WILL NOT DRAW
- Real people
- Heavily detailed designs (Decorated full plate armor, robots with exposed circuitries, big/complex backgrounds or props)
- Suggestive or NSFW art of minor or minor-presenting characters
- Art depicting hatred towards specific group of people (racist, homophobia, etc.)
- Extreme fetishes
