my tos is subject to change without warning.
i can only provide refunds if i haven't started any work, and only if the value is below $50. partially finished commissions can be discussed.
you must ask to edit my commissions.
my art does not have hard deadlines unless discussed and agreed on. feel free to check up on the progress though, or request full or partial refunds.
you are not allowed to make money off of my art - no selling it on shirts, etc. my prices meant for personal use only.
commercial rights to my art can be discussed.
do not use my art or designs for offensive purposes - racism, whitewashing, transphobia or homophobia. anyone found breaking this rule will be blacklisted.
adoptables and customs:

do not upsell my designs - they are worth only the initial sale price, plus commission worth.
when i sell an adopt or custom, i'm selling you the rights of the design, not the art.
commercial rights are not sold with an adopt or custom, and must be discussed with me in order to obtain. there will be a fee for commercial rights.
you can change the design however you like once it's transferred! you can also edit my designs when you own them.
you can edit and draw over the art of a design without asking as long as it does not infringe my other tos.
you do not need to ask me for voiding permission - if you have a closed species design by me, you only need to follow that species' rule for voiding.
all sales are final!
