Terms of Service

Adoptables:- Any character purchased from me is yours, and you may edit the character and its original art as much as you like!- You will receive the original transparent .png file after the paypal purchase goes through - make sure to give me a working email!- When posting the original character image or a modified version of it, link to one of my socials - ideally my toyhou.se! If you've edited the image, just specify that you've modified it from my original. ^^- If you aren't purchasing directly from my ko-fi store, payment is done over paypal invoices.- Feral adoptables & childrens' cartoon adoptables (pokemon, etc.) are not to be used in NSFW content.- If you resell the character without extra art, please don't sell it at a profit.- If you would like adjustments made to the original character image, it will be an extra fee. Changes can be made before or after the design is purchased, the only time limit is on images where I no longer have the original file.Commissions:- I am fine taking commissions of any type or style, even if they are not listed on a current commission sheet. Feel free to ask and link any relevant pieces from my galleries.- I will not imitate other (living) artists' style- I am not interested in drawing explicit or bigoted material, or "safe for work" fetish material. I reserve the right to reject commission requests that I am not comfortable with-You may upload the art to any gallery or site of your own, but you must link back to one of my social media accounts when doing so

Before You Follow/Do Not Interact Criteria

I'm of the mind that truly terrible people will not listen to something like a DNI, but there are still tons of vile people who think they can interact with other left leaning ppl online happily. Don't operate under that goofy ass assumption if you fit any of these criteria:

  • If you have any sympathy for zoophiles/pedophiles/people who debate what "actually constitutes" either one

  • If you are "proship"/"anti-anti"/think it's okay to uncritically continue making & consuming nsfw of minors/incestual relationships/zoophilic relationships/etc.

Outside of the deeply immoral stuff listed above, please leave me alone if you:

  • Reblog/repost tons of art of women with ridiculously giant hips and chests. I'm tired of seeing it and it's corny lmfao

  • Are a deeply sexual blog/account in general

  • Think calling ppl shit like "turbovirgins" when they express sexual discomfort is not extremely weird to do
